Don’t believe the hype! $1,600 for a mattress that lasted less than 3 years. It’s like sleeping in 2 canoes that have been pushed side to side. So, so disappointed in our decision to purchase from this company.

Whatever they are paying Andre is not enough. We bought a mattress last summer and he was so helpful and made the process easy. He didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need and listened to what we said we wanted and showed us that exactly. He set us up for delivery, that went well, and the mattress is great quality. He also gave us a lot of information about care of the mattress which we appreciated.

Very pleasant experience. No pressure to purchase. They let me try all the mattresses II needed to. Said when I decided to let them know and then they could help. That they aren’t there to pressure customers. I chose my mattress and am very pleased with The Mattress Factory. Sales people are great. I will get mine next week.

Hubby & I had the great pleasure of having Andre Hester help us when we finally decided to buy our new mattress. We were so impressed w/ his in-dept knowledge of all the products on the floor... starting f/ the manufacturing process to completed product. Andre was so friendly and patient w/ all my questions and I had a lot... no hesitation; just clear, concise, and friendly customer service. Thank you, Andre! You are a GEM!P.S I bought one of the most comfortable pillows I've ever owned....it's latex and I LOVE IT!

Really disappointed in our mattress purchase. There is no side support, and after 2 weeks of sleeping on it we already have huge indentations and significant back pain. Not to mention we are sliding off it. What is the point of having a king size mattress if most of the bed is unusable? The return policy is terrible, you have to exchange with one in the store and pay a fee. This would be reasonable except all their mattress are made the same. I thought this was an affordable option and we weren’t pressured by the salesperson, but now I just feel trapped in a terrible purchase. Just skip this company all together and save your time and money.

Underrated! Absolutely the best value for money! If you want a real mattress, not something that comes rolled up in a box, delivered to your door oh so conveniently, costs a fortune and hurts your back after a year, then say goodbye to gimmicky online retailers and look no further than the original mattress factory. They’ve been making mattresses the same way for years, have mastered their craft, and charge much more reasonable prices than their competitors. My wife and I needed a mattress fast when we moved, and while I believe they do deliver, we went straight to the store and drove home with our new mattress and bespoke box spring that day. Mr. Andre at the Garner branch was so helpful, exactly the type of gentleman you’d want to buy a mattress from, straightforward, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Within minutes of our new purchase he assisted me in professionally strapping or new mattress and box spring to the roof of our car, something most people don’t know you can still do with just about any car, and since then my wife and I have enjoyed better sleep than we have in YEARS. Shoutout to The Original Mattress Factory. You gained a customer for life. 10/10 Five Stars!

All around a great experience! We bought 2 mattresses and box springs, Andre made the purchase and delivery seamless! He's the best and very knowledgeable of the product, before selling he used to build them, so he knows his mattresses! Go see him if your in the market and want a great product.!

Awesome helper on interstate in heavy traffic.It helps by giving directions not only 2 or 4 times before a turn, which helps save lives in busy close traffic at 70 mph while looking here and there to remain safe distances, etc. But, Google Maps are quicker to load, announce, and flash new traffic patterns. It means a lot until we get driverless cars.
