took my g35 here to get the throttle repaired, I knew for a fact that it needed a green spacer to be replaced which was 15 dollars, but i did not have time to do it myself, and we made it clear to the mechanic that this is the only thing that needs to be fixed, but they went ahead and bought a whole new throttle system and charged us for it.
furthermore, they did some work on replacing a probe associated with the A/C, and they failed to put back an important gasket in the upper plenum, which was a pretty big gasket and hard to forget about, which we had to replace ourselves after checking the engine over next time we were working on it

Stopped by the shop to get a NC Inspection. The shop was packed with worked orders. They could have easily turned me away, instead, they worked me in and got me out very quickly. Very friendly and made it a pleasurable experience. Kept me from taking more time off during the week to get this done. Go check them out.

Had a great experience at this shop, dropped my car off overnight (for my convenience) it was for a safety check and breaks, he had it out early the next day. Joey was very kind and detailed exactly what my car needed and it's back on the road. I couldn't recommend them higher!.

Called Tag in the morning to schedule my state inspection, spoke to Brad, and he had me call back in the afternoon to see if I could come in the afternoon! I was able to take my car in that same day, and had the inspection done in seconds flat! Great customer service!

These guys are a class act. What a relief to find a local shop you can trust. I had a especially complicated type of repair that took alot of patience and knowledge but Joe took it on and got it done in a timely fashion with a smile. TAG Automotive got me in and out quick and prepared for my 3 1/2 hour drive to Virginia. A good mechanic is hard to find. I’m glad to have found a place that I can trust. Super professional and friendly staff that made the process enjoyable. Highly recommend!!!

Old review was bad. My bad, Found out we as car owners don't display stickers but shops still pay the state for tags to do the inspection

Been going to this place for years! Excellent car service and more importantly great customer service. Work is done promptly and on time. And the staff couldn't be more informative and efficient. I've been going here to get my car serviced for like 6 years from anything from oil changes to full part fixes and replacements, these guys do everything. Believe me, I'll keep coming back!
