We haven't had a great experience with Spectrum since moving here, but Jeanette was very patient with us and clarified a lot of information for us. We appreciate her help and advice. She is definitely a value to your store. We're so glad she guided us to getting a stressful situation rectified! Thanks Jeanette!

Spent 2 1/2 hours waiting to get my phone. NOTHING to help me find a safe case. STILL can't find a case. May have to return the phone and go to WALMART!

I had such a wonderful experience here. I was in and out in no time picking up equipment. Fortunately, they were not busy when I went so I was able to get help right away, but I would recommend with making an appointment on the website if you can.

This is what I imagine Hell is like. I signed up over the phone and was told to come to this location to pick up my equipment. Great, sounds quick and easy! WRONG. I arrived, signed in to a tablet. I’m number 14, ugh, but I’m sure it’ll breeze by, right? WRONG!!! I’ve been sitting here OVER TWO HOURS watching one employee just taking his sweet time and laughing it up with each customer and another employee hanging out(?) with one customer the entire time (they even left to get dinner together and came back just talking at her station). Apparently you can make an appointment?? But the person on the phone of course never told me that and they apparently don’t tell anyone because everyone coming in is having the same experience. I pray to God I never do another thing to wind up back here. Yes I’m still sitting here. Currently repenting for any sins I’ve committed to be punished this bad.

Incredibly slow. 15 customers waiting for assistance and one of the three workers spent 10 minutes chatting with another customer about The Cosby Show, Princess Diana, etc. Took her over an hour just to help that one customer. All I needed to do was pick up equipment and it took 1.5 hrs. Bring a sleeping bag. Shalena was helpful.

My wife and I have had multiple bad experiences with other spectrum stores in the past. We drove 30 mins out of our way to try this one and we were not disappointed. Logan was fantastic. He was understanding, compassionate, and really showed that he cared about his customers. I would highly recommend that if anyone has spectrum and needs to go to the store go to this one.

jeanette took care of all my problems. I spoke to at least 3 specialists with my problems and 4 people from retention over a 2 week period, and none of them were helpful, not only did she take care of my issues incredibly fast . She almost convinced me to upgrade. She deserves a raise! That's the kind of service a customer wants and any management would want as an employee. I was dreading the thought of coming to the store because of the other employees over the phone, but was pleasantly surprised instead.

Very good customer service here in this Spectrum store. I have been at the T-Mobile store few months ago and they wasted an hour of my time for an equipment return and finally when if was my turn, they said they can’t accept the equipment because this was not delivered from that location, what the hell!!! I was thinking it would be the same here but once I entered, I saw a lot of desks with staff to help customers. It took me less than 5 minutes.
Good job Spectrum!
