The guys arrived on time and accomplished everything I needed within a reasonable time frame. They were courteous and professional. I have used them before and I highly recommend them.

We've moved houses 8 times over the years, but the move with Smart Move was heads and shoulders above the rest. Even with 7 strong guys, our move took more than 8 hours. The whole team was polite, careful, professional, and friendly throughout the entire move. I highly recommend Smart Move and will definitely use them again for our next move.

It's very disappointing that the service was terrible. Smart Moves has great reviews, had great customer service when booking, the movers were even kind and polite but they dropped the ball here.
-The movers left a painting behind.
-Billy (supervisor) was rude over the phone , and he tried to blame me for his workers not doing their job. If I hadn't reached out they would've never come.
-Billy tried to blame me for the movers showing up late and asked why I hadn't contacted them. I had already spoken to them 2x that day and told them to come at the original time on my quote. They wanted to arrive early and I didn't need them to arrive early. When I explained this to Billy, he questioned what I was doing with my time and that they weren't going to charge me for being early. And I explained that I simply needed them to arrive at the agreed-upon time, no sooner.
-The movers came early anyway, but they never arrived at my actual location, they were at another address on my street and when I called to see why they didn't arrive on time (the actual time they were supposed to be here), Billy tried to manipulate me and state that they had been at my location since 2:30. Again, they came early at their own will and at that, they went to the WRONG location. I told the crew and the crew's supervisor not to come early and Billy stated, "well, we had nothing else to do so they just came". When I told Billy that no one had been to the apartment he tried to double down and say they were there and had been since 2:30 "waiting on me", but when he looked at the location of the truck he found that they were up the street at someone else's apartment just sitting there. They were never at my complex. He also never apologized for them going to the wrong location and basically calling me a liar when I told them that they were not at my apartment.
-The whole time the movers were sitting at someone else's apartment, they never once contacted me. Billy said they had been waiting on me, and by the time I called to see where they were at (since they were late) it had been 3.5 hours of them "waiting" on me. Even though I told them to not come early, you would think a business would contact a customer if they were waiting for 3.5 hours.
-Even though the movers had GPS, they got lost getting to my new location and slowed down the time of unpacking therefore I was charged for their incompetence since it was over the 2hrs of moving I paid for. I explained this to Billy and he did not seem to care and tried to reiterate how they "arrived early" to help (again wrong location), which had nothing to do with the situation.
-The movers did there job well once they actually started. The real issue is the incompetence and lack of accountability for the piss poor job that was done. Billy's attitude and lack of customer service skills made the situation no better.
They gave me a $50 gift card "for being late" to use at a later date for moving, but I won't be using their services again.

The movers were very kind, very professional and they did a great job with our move. Everything went like clockwork! I am still trying to work out some minor overcharges on the payment , but otherwise they were really good.

If I could give more stars I would. I purchased the 2 men and a truck. They were fast and efficient. I was on an apartment on the 4th floor (8 flights of stairs) no elevator in July heat. They had all the tools needed to make it easy for them. They were polite, professional. I will for sure recommend Smart Move for any of your moving needs and my future needs also. Thank you so so much.

The Smart Mover's crew is on time & reliable ,very polite & helpful I would recommend to any one. When a item broke they told me right away .Far as my service I am satisfied with the service this company provided .

30 min late, no biggie. BUT The first box the guy picked up he dropped from waist high… it had my kitchen dishes in it. Over all not an awful horror story but they are definitely rushed to get to the next job. They were trying to hurry and took no breaks thus they were not careful. One dude had his headphones in the whole time so it wasn’t easy for anyone to communicate with him.
Nice guys I think the management needs to book less moves a day so they don’t have to rush!

Wonderful, teamwork !
I had some very large pieces and they were able to make it all work. They went above and beyond… Definitely recommend. They were very, very careful with all of my things and did a great thing of lining the walls to protect my house… Will definitely use them again.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Being 9 months pregnant was very worried hiring movers that they would not get it done in time and we would be left having to unpack. They crushed it! It was easily 100 degrees, they never took a break and knocked it in time. Could not have asked for a better experience and we have moved a lot over the years and used several different companies. Will come back to this one again!
