I have been growing out my hair for 4 years and always wanted to get layers but was hesitant of who i can trust with my long hair. i told avery that i wanted to get curtain bangs and lots of layers, i even showed her a picture of the exact haircut i wanted. I also mentioned to her that i only wanted a trim. She said perfect and got started right away. I originally had my hair parted on the side and asked if it would be better to have it parted in the middle to make the layered haircut look better and she said yes. So she proceeded to part my hair a little over the middle so it wasn’t even in the middle at all. She started to cut my curtain bangs and turned my chair towards her and realized that my part wasn’t in the middle and quickly put it in the middle and continued to cut more off. When she turned the chair to the mirror i was very happy with the way it looked because she curled it and i never curl my hair so i thought it was cute. until i got home and showered and brushed my hair i realized how uneven my hair was. She did nothing that i asked and cut way to much off. I asked for a trim and she cut off a good 4 inches and didn’t even give me the layers i asked for . I was so upset and crying because it took me so long to grow my hair and she didn’t even give me layers like i wanted and she cut so much off. I have photos for proof and no matter what way i part it my hair is so uneven and it makes me so sad because i gave avery a blank canvas to work on and she messed up my hair. i’ve emailed the salon and i’ve contacted avery and they just ignore me and my issues. that’s okay i’ll take my business elsewhere where they will care about my experience!!

It has taken me a LONG time to find a stylist who knows my hair and that I can feel truly comfortable with. Sandi Adams is incredibly talented with color and highlights. She does a phenomenal job each and every time. I. wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair!

I noticed after my visit all of the good reviews are from several years ago. Either it has changed hands or staff, but things have gone downhill it seems. You know a haircut is bad when your stylist doesn’t show you the back of your head. I’m not naming names but I would avoid this place at all costs.

I had a wonderful experience with Elisabeth Grace. She was so personable. Listen to my request and went beyond my expectations. She saw me last minute too. As a mom she understood postpartum hair loss and made sure my hair held its strength during the the balayage. She also cut my husbands hair too. She is all around amazing! DO NOT GO HERE !! Warning *****I entered this salon with beautiful highlights that I got done last month from a different hairstylist. I just wanted quick hair root touch up . I particularly insisted that the root hair be in the same colour as my highlights so it blends in .Faith is the stylist and She just got black color and even combed through after coloring and guess what all my $350 worth of highlights gone in just one go ….Just like that !!! Puffffff !! All gone.I would give negative stars if that’s ever possible

RUINED my HIGHLIGHTS. Just went in there for hair root touch up . Faith - the hair stylist there did not understand what I was requesting her and just ended up ruining my fresh highlights that I got done just last month . In total I have about $500 worth damage done to my hair in less than 1 hour . I waited 7 months to do my highlights and finally when I got it done she ruined it all in one go !!!! After persistently trying and asking her not to do so . She just went for it and RUINED it all for me .

Faith helped me today and she was AMAZING!!! She did such a great job and was so sweet and accommodating to what I asked for. My hair looks beautiful? Thanks Faith! Sandy is usually my girl and also rocks and I love her but Faith got stuck with me today and she was AWESOME!

Got a haircut with Heather today; went from long hair to a nice Mixie cut! Great experience she was very personable and understood the way I wanted my hair done will be coming back to see her in the future!!
