My son is in high school and has had the pleasure of working with Coach Randy for 3 years and I can confidently say that he is one of the best personal trainers out there. He has incredible knowledge of Olympic weightlifting and overall strength and conditioning. He has helped my son improve his technique and strength in a short amount of time. He is also very patient and encouraging, which made the training sessions enjoyable and motivating. I highly recommend Coach Randy!!

Randy is an Amazing Trainer! In a years time I have become Stronger and Healthier than I have been in Years. I have done things I didn’t think I possibly could. My Shoulder Pain is so much better. I Love Training with him. He’s taught me correct form and helped me believe on myself again. He’s worked nothing short of a Miracle and if You follow his Plan he will do the same for You!

My experience with Randy has been nothing but first class. I've been training with him for over 10 years. He really promotes perfect form and progression over the amount of weight lifted. He is great with teenage clients to senior citizens. He designs programs to meet individuals needs and goals.

I have Rheumatoid arthritis and I thought working out would be very hard to do since I wanted to become stronger. It's been 2 years now since I started with Randy and the long journey has been worth it. His knowledge in personal training is impeccable. I will be staying for a long time.

Randy Long is an exceptional personal trainer! He is extremely knowledgeable and is always updating his techniques to get his clients the best results!
