I made a reservation here. It cost then any of the other units I have at life storage. I canceled in 24 hours. Never stored anything here. They keep the money. I will discredit the brand name with the buro. They will never get another dollar out of me.

I had a move out date of 9/27/23(which I have screenshots), then received a call from a very rude employee named DOT(Who also refused to give last name or initual but willing to give out district managers first and last name Jason lambart or tanbart)on 9/28/23 past the move out date. She informed me that I had to keep a lock on my storage. To wich I informed her that in the front of the store there is a whit box that stated to return the lock (wich I did and took pictures of) she stated that it should be commen sense for me to take the lock with me (basically calling me stupid )then proceeds to tell me she put a company lock on it nd that I need to remove all my stuff. I informed her that all the stuff was damaged from RAT POOP AND PEE ( mind you the first time I did mention something about the rats the only thing they did was give me a rat poisoning to put in the storage a year before I moved out) I'm receiving a call after the move out date stating that I still need to keep a lock on a storage that no longer belongs to me where all my stuff was damaged with rat poop and pee (wich I have pictures of all the rat droppings)I called this district manager Jason Lambert on September 28th at 9:41 a.m. and have yet to receive a call back from their district manager and they are still trying to charge me for the month of October even though they put a company lock on it that I don't have the key to so even if I wanted to go get the stuff that is damaged all by rat poop and pee I wouldn't be able to even after the move out date now they are continuing to send me bills and text messages saying that I still owe for the storage I should not have to owe anything after all my stuff was damaged they put a company lock on it that cannot be removed by me and on top of that very rude customer service to call somebody basically stupid I would not recommend this place and I would never come back and I called the manager again today October 5th 23,hopefully someone calls me back because I have pictures to back up everything I have put in this review ,eventually they're going to get a lawsuit taking peoples money

While I was moving out, they locked my unit, it has been weeks now and I can’t get anyone to come out to take the lock off.I have never missed a payment.They have held my things hostage for WEEKS. I’ve been charged for another month.Honestly, go down the street and pay less for the space and get a/c and actual people.If I could give negative stars I would.

Two stars, only because they helped me last year when I lost my keys (after I called for two months with no answer, tried the office several times, and finally taped a note to the front door). I've been storing here for 3 years and when I started the price was $45 for their smallest unit. Absolutely doable! The first price increase was to $68 and now I'm scheduled for yet another price increase to $90. No upgrades as far as I can tell, we have previously found rodent droppings on our things, and the paint and seals on the doors are falling apart. I am shocked by a 30% increase, for what?? And will be scheduling my move-out date before the end of the week.

Recently had to get a unit and chose Public Storage, very easy process from start. I am pleased with the unit as well as the customer service received. Dottie is very professional.

Last March, I opened an account at the Garner, NC, Public Storage location on NC Highway 70 in Garner, NC. Setting up my account was handled very professionally. Upon returning to my vehicle, it would not start.Katherine and another female employee there were extremely helpful to me personally. In addition to my truck not starting, my cell phone had lost power. They allowed me to use the office phone to call my son-in-law. We ultimately had to call a towing service to tow my truck to my son-in-law's house several miles away. Much appreciation to Katherine and her coworker for service above and beyond the call of duty!
