I had just been burned by a different dealer and took a chance on this place an hour away because they had the Tesla I wanted. I ended up getting a different Tesla. Very friendly, fast, honest service. Had a hiccup that was my fault on getting the tax credit and had to shift gears and they were very accommodating. 10/10 I love my new car.

I recently moved to Raleigh for college and was in urgent need of a car. I had my heart set on a Tesla, so I started my search on CarFax and came across PrimeTime Motors in Garner. They had a great selection of vehicles, and their pricing stood out compared to other dealerships. I was immediately impressed by how easy the process was and how friendly and professional the team was.
When I initially purchased my Tesla, I ran into a few issues with the vehicle, but that’s where PrimeTime Motors really went above and beyond. Both Dylan and David were incredibly responsive and accommodating. They reassured me right away and took the time to work closely with me to find a similar Tesla that met my needs. What really stood out was how they made me feel like a priority throughout the entire process. They kept in constant contact and ensured I’d be the first to know when a suitable vehicle became available. Their commitment to understanding exactly what I was looking for and making sure I was satisfied with my purchase was exceptional.
The team at PrimeTime Motors made what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth, positive experience. I had a great experience at this place. The people who helped me was Dylan and his mother. Dylan was very polite and easy to talk to, almost how a friend would be. I felt welcomed but but not pushed to do anything. He immediately let me know if there was something i would wanna be aware of and never withheld information. Thats when i knew i wanted to do business with them and i highly, 100% recommend giving them a look if youre in the market for a car.

This is a great place to get a car. We found Primetime through a search tool with our credit union and came from out of town to look and test drive an EV. I'm glad we did. The manager, Dylan, is very professional and wants to help you find the right vehicle. We ended up looking at two different cars and bought one that we love. Great car buying experience.

My experience with Primetime Motors has been exceptional, I had a few issues with the car, I purchased, but they graciously fixed all of the problems without hesitation. The customer service at this establishment is top-notch. I would recommend buying a car from this business on any day, they are honest and they truly care about their customers, they want you to have a good experience when buying a used car. Thank you all for such a good experience.

We had a great experience at Primetime motors. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, easy to talk to and work with. They went above and beyond, and provided expert recommendations when we ran into an issue with the pre-approved check ready loan process. Car was reasonably priced, and fees were nominal. Couldn't ask for an easier buying experience. I highly recommend.

Super sweet people. Communication is great, they make sure you understand all that is needed. Customer service is superb. Dylan was very reassuring that if I needed anything don’t hesitate to contact them. My mother and I were very pleased and would 100% recommend to others.

I purchased a 2013 Jeep grand cherokee last March and had nonstop issues from the moment I purchased it. Sometimes you get the lemon. They are nice, friendly family business and they tried or made it seem like they tried to resolve issues but ultimately it was never enough. The vehicle was a money pit, I put maybe 3,000 miles for the 7 months I had it, until I was finally able to get rid of it. Please bring someone with you to inspect the vehicle you purchase from here. Put $2k of my own money into it and had to file multiple claims to the crappy warranty who covers a fraction of the cost of repairs. The car had a laundry list of issues, some the most expensive warranty would not cover. The power steering fluid pipes broke and had to be repaired 3 times and Dylan tried to say thats normal. Catalytic converter had to be replaced, took it to the jeep dealership and the diagnostics of problems were insane. The last resort was them having the car at their shop for over a month and things were leaking and breaking down while it was at the mechanic shop. Dylan was kind enough to give us a loaner car upon request but they ultimately sold me a lemon that was falling apart nonstop. Finally when i got the car back after a month of being in the shop I had to turn around and bring it back to the shop the SAME DAY because the car was jerking so badly. I was really at a cross roads, as im driving across town to take it to their shop a dealership calls me and I had to decide to take it back to the shop or go to the dealership to discuss trade-in. I took a leap of faith with the Jeep jerking and driving crazy and took it to the dealership instead of back to their shop and ended up purchasing a 2024 vehicle. The trauma was finally over. I do not recommend this place unless all you care about is people being polite.

When it comes right down to it, the most important thing is the type of vehicle you get for the price. Prime Time was on point for both and had all the Car Faxes you needed to see what you were getting. Add to that the honest (amazing at a car dealer!) and friendly folks and you have a winning combination. Purchased a 2016 F-150 that was previously a fleet vehicle at Langley AFB - very satisfied.

Buying process was fine but 10 months and 3,000 miles later, I’m having to sell my 2011 GMC Terrain for parts because it needs a new engine. This was after getting a new solenoid the day after I bought it. Just do your research and buyer beware.
