I had a very low level customer experience, my ex husband uses this bank and he is handicap. We couldn't find his debt card and because we were African American, the teller sent another African American teller to explain to us that he needed a second id in order to make a withdrawal. I'm not sure what that was about. After we found the card we came back to the teller to make the withdrawal. It took her 20 minutes to send the money. Once we received it, she walked off. No thank you no sorry for your wait, no thanks for banking with PNC. I thought damn that's your example of customer service? I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone. They make several account mistakes. However I have had good experiences with other PNC banks, this is by far the worse. They need to make changes quickly before they start loosing customers.

Called the bank at 3:30 pm on 6/29 and no one answered — not even an automated response. I’m a new customer. Very disappointedPhoned the Bank at 9:30 am on 6/30 - no one answered. Line just continued to ring.

Unfortunately this PNC branch seems to be under staffed! What’s even worse is that the personal banker just stood around! A single teller tried to serve seven customers between the drive through and the lobby. It took seventeen minutes just to make a deposit and I was the second customer in the lobby line. Perhaps today was abnormal, but I was not impressed. Especially by the lack of effort on the personal bankers part.

Went into the branch in January to close a business banking account. They said they would process it by the next day and that it would take a while to show as removed from my PNC app. It is now late February and I am hit with a charge because the account was empty. I tried calling the branch and waited 15 minutes and no one picked up. I also repeatedly called PNC’s help line and no one answered there either.

Horrible experience at this branch, teller was rude because I couldn't check in by scanning the QR code , then threw our ATM card backover counter, I prefer driving farther to another branch or possibly changing banks over visiting this branch ever again and dealing with such unpleasant service.

Ty gave OUTSTANDING customer service!!! I needed some thing taken care of fast she did most of it right over the phone and had my card ready for me when I got there excellent customer service was such a pleasure doing business with her!!!!!

If I could give the bank manager there (Thomas Harper) and his great staff there 10 stars I would. I have been a long time customer with pnc bank in the richlands nc area for over 8 years. I own several businesses and had a problem come up with one of my rollbacks while in raleigh picking up cars.. Mr. Thomas came to the phone even though they are getting beat with literally inches of rain an hour and possibly flooding issues. He put all that aside and he was ready and willing to help my driver's if need be.. Because I am almost 2 hours away from their location he went above and beyond customer service and I strongly suggest anyone looking for a great bank you will never go wrong banking with PNCThank you Mr. Harper and the great staff at PNCPamela Bodnar

Rude!! Been coming to cash with them for exactly one year and forgot my debit card for the second form of ID and the girl who has been the one that cashed it for the past year I guess made management and stated couldn't cash a payroll check the same one they been cashing for a year!!! Definitely will not be back or recommend anybody else here anymore!!!!!! Crazy how people's attitudes change cause they get a promotion!!!
