The staff is super friendly and the facilities are very clean, in addition to that the equipment is nice and spread out, which I like because I don't want to feel cramped.

Gym hours and availability is great. The gym is always clean. Leslie from the front desk is awesome! She is always welcoming and friendly whenever dealing with the members and makes you feel right at home.

I tried to cancel my membership with this gym numerous times throughout the year after realizing I just wasn't into going that much. Not only was I denied the ability to cancel without being charged an additional $58 fee (for what?? who knows), I also had to pay a $49 annual fee on top of being charged $25 a month to not use the gym. This business model is a disgrace and I will never use a Planet fitness gym again.

I hear a lot of people having trouble with billing and I think I have a solution, at my Bank of America you can pay $30 and have whomever is charging you stopped from doing so forever and also you can always change your debit card also so they have no access to your money any more, hope this helps in these end times scenarios where business scam people.

The staff here, ALL, need to get on the same page, know the job, and treat everyone the same across the board. I seen a dude literally walk out the bathroom with no shirt on, and pple come to workout with crocs on and sandals and nobody says anything to em. They better not say NOTHING else to me again when I take my shoes off to do my squats. Just constant harassment, yet they let alot of folks get away with stuff against policy

The Garner location is better than the Cary one sadly. Cary is undergoing a remodel currently so maybe they'll make up for it by the end of Summer

Lots of equipment, especially cardio. Employees are always cleaning the equipment and facilities and everything is always very clean. Two massage chairs weren't working one day and, based on other gym experiences, I figured it would be down for months. But my next trip to the gym, it was fixed!
