I have gone to physical therapy before and I generally quit after the first session. This time I WILL be back. I loved how detailed my therapist was..she even showed me what the problem was and what we were going to work on. She asked for my medical records to pin point the problem. Everyone was nice ! Plenty of parking, store nice and clean, very detailed. So excited to come back next week and looking forward to it!

Brook is my Physical Therapist. She is really helping me since my Car Accident. She throughly explained to me how she will help me to retrain my nerves, and also exercises that will strengthen me. She also showed Care and concern in the area of my mental ability to cope. I look forward to her continuously to helping me with exercise that will help with my back, shoulders, and sciata nerve pain. Everyone at Pivot are very compassionate, respectful, As well as professional in their area of expertise.

Staff, including front staff, is warm but professional, make you feel welcomed. Recovering fron a Stroke, so, I don't remember my therapist name for my shoulder, hand, and wrist, but she is excellent. Feel a difference already and it has not been a month.

A welcoming environment, Very nice staff, everyone keeps a smile on their faces, they communicate with you during your session, to make sure they’re not causing pain, and each session is maybe 30-40 minutes.

The staff was awesome. Very courteous. They knew my name everyone I walked through the door, unusual for any doctor or other medical facility. Lindsey was great! Very highly recommended.

They make you feel so comfortable, They work with you to make sure your pain level is as low as possible. They talk to you and make you feel as if they care about your needs.

Enjoyed going to Pivot and everyone was so nice. But not having a handy cap space was my worst nightmare I had to ask a stranger to help me get up the small step in order to get to the other steps.Just had surgery and could not bare weight on my left foot. After therapy my therapist had to help me down the steps.
