Leon worked with me to get the best bed for my physical issues at a price I could afford. There was no pressure to try and push me for a higher priced bed that was not in my budget. He listened and steered me towards all the beds in my range and I got just the one for me. I can’t recommend him enough. So happy I went there!”

So far, the mattress is good, and Wendell told me I have a certain days guarantee to return it if an issue arises.Wendell Perry was excellent, hospitable, and personable. The company made a significant investment and hired him. When I entered the building, Bright smiled like he enjoyed his work, and he helped me choose the mattress I wanted. He makes sure I have one of the best experiences. Even the other customers were all happy, and we chatted with each other about our purchases. “Whatever they are paying Andre is not enough. We bought a mattress last summer and he was so helpful and made the process easy. He didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need and listened to what we said we wanted and showed us that exactly. He set us up for delivery, that went well, and the mattress is great quality. He also gave us a lot of information about care of the mattress which we appreciated.”

“I have bought quite a bit of furniture from this store. My latest purchase were two chairs with ottomans that were over $2,000. I paid a delivery charge of $99.00. The chairs looked fine when they were delivered. After sitting in one of the chairs that night , I noticed the lower back was uncomfortable due to lack of stuffing. The other chair was fine. I called the store & asked them if they would get me some stuffing & I would be happy to pick it up when it came in which would save them a trip out to my place. I went to pick it up & asked the lady if she would reimburse me some on my delivery charge of $99 since I drove the 23 miles to pick up the stuffing & saved them a trip to deliver it. She then told me she couldn't do that and if they had brought it to me they would have charged me a service charge. I asked her why I would have a service charge for a repair on the chairs? She said she checked the chairs before they left the store & there was nothing wrong with them. I told her if you didn't sit in them, you would not have known the chair lacked stuffing in the lower back. I wasn't asking for much, would have been happy if she would have offered even a $20 refund on the delivery charge, but she wouldn't consider anything. Needless to say, we will not go back and buy a sofa there to go with the 2 chairs or any other furniture.”
