By far the worst moving experience my wife and I have had to date. More items were broken or lost in the move from North Carolina to Pennsylvania than either of our cross-country moves. Additionally, their contract stated they were to put together furniture at the new location, which they did not, and to remove any moving material (boxes, moving blankets, etc), which they did not until I called. The movers were incredibly disrespectful to my wife who was receiving the shipment. I can NOT recommend this company.

It was delightful to work with Miguel and Mather Brothers Moving Company. The scheduling was super convenient, they were patient with our uncertain CO for the new house, the team was on time, super friendly, fast, professional. It was a super positive experience. The final fee was reasonable, it came under the estimate they provided prior to our move. I strongly recommend this company and will reach out to them whenever I will need a moving company. Thank you.

Bottom line the absolutely most professional, courteous and personable moving company. After more than 12 moves, Miguel and his team are by far the best. Packing, loading, unloading. Highly recommended.

As everyone knows moving can be super stressful. As I was waiting for my home to be built, I needed a full service moving experience - packing, storage, moving, unpacking, repacking…you name it.The team that supported me and my moving efforts were phenomenal. They took great care of my items while packing them up and while in storage. When they came back, it was an equally pleasant experience with trustworthy folks who were able to work with little guidance and expected results.I would highly recommend them for the service, professionalism, reasonable rates, conveniences and so much more. December 2022I would like to highly recommend Miguel _______ to anyone looking for a highly competent, honest and reliable mover. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised in an era in which good people are increasingly hard to find.Miguel and his crew helped my pack and move the contents of my 3000 square foot house from Charlotte, NC into storage in Durham, NC in the fall of 2021.As anyone who’s gone through the process of selling a house – clearing out 12 year’s worth of accumulation – the yard sale exercise – packing and moving – did I say “Ugh” yet? – you know what a daunting task this can be. And I’m a single guy aged 70 with three small dogs.Miguel was doing a move when I first contacted him and unable to come see my contents before I needed a quote, so I sent pictures, and we discussed the parameters of what was required. From this he provided me with a reasonable quote, which I accepted.Fast forward, Miguel and his crew showed up at the appointed time and did an outstanding job in all aspects of the move – the packing, loading and moving into storage.Turns out the estimate was lower than it should have been, but Miguel kept his word and stuck to the quote even though it cost him an extra trip from Charlotte to Durham.I simply cannot say enough good things about Miguel and my experience of using him to help me move.Sincerely,Steve Kaplan

We had water damage and had our furniture and other things put in storage for a few months while construction took place. I have had to use many moving companies because of corporate moves, and I would have to say Mathers Brothers was the best out of them all! Reasons for that: the owner and his wife are very involved in the actual process. They were careful with all of my things in the packing and unpacking. There was only 2 very small damage claims and they were immediate to respond and fix it to my full satisfaction.

Mather Brothers movers did a great job moving making it free from any worries or concerns. They are professional in their work, courteous and respectful. We are are very happy with their work and the pricing also. We recommend anyone to use their services with out any concerns.

I needed to move in a pitch. Miguel was entirely accommodating. He took the stress out of arranging an estimate and gave a reasonable quote. Fast forward to moving day, Jairo, Jermei, and Oliver were exceptionally polite. They are professional and worked at a consistently fast pace the entire move! What really caught my attention was how they took such meticulous care with ensuring no damages to my belongings were made and no surfaces were ruined (walls, floors, etc.). I am entirely thankful for this company and the guys that worked so hard to ensure a smooth transition.

The owner Miguel is a stand up guy! Their estimate was spot on and even made a last minute change in plans happen with no pushback. Super nice, super careful, super patient. Everything you want in a moving company.

They did such an amazing job!! I was super impressed with how professional they were. They were quick and effective, and very reliable. I would definitely recommend. I don’t do reviews often, but for them and made the exception they were that good.

One of the best movers' companies we've ever used. Jason and Stephan unloaded our uhaul, and aside from how efficient (and super nice) they were, we so appreciated that they really seemed to care about our stuff and our house - they were were meticulous about handling fragile stuff and they were really careful not to scuff our walls while moving the furniture. They even asked me to look at a spot that MIGHT have been scuffed (it was nothing), and it just felt like they genuinely gave a damn about helping us with our new home with minimal stress.Highly recommend this company to people moving to the Triangle.

We couldn’t have asked for better movers who took such care of our possessions. They lined the floors, wrapped the walls and placed furniture where we wanted it after the truck was unloaded. Miguel is honest & dependable. My builder couldn’t believe how careful they were.

Great movers, I can't express enough how personable and professional Will, Leroy and Kevin are. I wish all my HHG moves that I've ever done in the military were by them. We were having work done on our home and need most of our belongings moved into our garage. Will and guys did an amazing job. Very friendly and fun to be around, but most importantly, they put our home and furniture first. Properly wrapped and stored everything. They took great care to make sure everything was moved out properly and also that our new housework was taken care of when moving items back in. I would HIGHLY recommend Mather Brothers.
