Theresa and Madeline in the flower/balloon department were very rude and disrespectful when I came in to have some balloons filled. The entire experience was terrible until Justin stepped in and saved it.

walked in with my friend at night for about 3 minutes to get one item, self checkout closed, so went through the only open line with 2 employees, handed the item to the woman Debbie if i recall correctly. i moved out of the way so my friend could pay, she saw me wearing an oversized tshirt that covered my shorts. she immediately looked at me then to the woman bagging, and said quote “i forgot to tell you, but a woman the other day came in wearing silk pajamas” and proceeded to make a motion suggesting the top was low cut. Gossiping to a coworker and talking smack about a previous customer is something that should be done in private, as it has nothing to do with her job and customer interactions; especially, since the gossip in question was brought forth in her memory following my entrance to the store, leading to flashbacks of the devastating experience that she went through. she clearly brought this up because she felt my attire was, to her standards, inappropriate. this made me and my friend uncomfortable, knowing i’m not welcome in this store for wearing something i’m comfortable in, late at night. if you want me to dress a certain way, mail me a uniform ❤️

Great big store, with a huge selection. The BBQ section in the back was wonderful, I loaded up on all kinds of ham steaks, pork shoulders, macaroni and cheese; all pre cooked and ready to warm up for lunch. Now that I think about it I probably should eat some cabbage or something low calorie to balance out the diet, but in life you gotta strike while the iron is hot! And they keep the iron hot at Lowes Foods.

I usually find my self regretting going to this Lowe’s food market, due to its lack of staff working the registers. The day I went two of the lanes had more than 6 people in each of the two open lines and it was a non-peak time.
If you have kids and do not have the time to stand in line all day, just do your big shopping elsewhere and instead buy the few items you can’t get anywhere else in the self-check out. Their store is well stocked, clean and has a great selection, but it’s not worth the frustration of having to do self-check out with a full cart of groceries. I hope they fix this issue.

Kadé was super rude when ringing me up. I had to go to customer with only 4 items because I had waited in line for 30 minutes and have to deliver my instacart order within a time frame. Not a great experience.

This location has a pretty good beer selection. I haven’t shopped at Lowe’s before until recently. I was looking for a specialty smoothie beer. I found the hop fly blender at this location. I was very pleased. I hope they continue to carry that line.

Once again went to shop went to check out only self checkout available. Put groceries back and left will not use self checkout. Eent to food lion at l÷ast they have cashier . You had 3 persons to prevent theft. Why no service??
