I usually find my self regretting going to this Lowe’s food market, due to its lack of staff working the registers. The day I went two of the lanes had more than 6 people in each of the two open lines and it was a non-peak time.
If you have kids and do not have the time to stand in line all day, just do your big shopping elsewhere and instead buy the few items you can’t get anywhere else in the self-check out. Their store is well stocked, clean and has a great selection, but it’s not worth the frustration of having to do self-check out with a full cart of groceries. I hope they fix this issue.

Kadé was super rude when ringing me up. I had to go to customer with only 4 items because I had waited in line for 30 minutes and have to deliver my instacart order within a time frame. Not a great experience.

This location has a pretty good beer selection. I haven’t shopped at Lowe’s before until recently. I was looking for a specialty smoothie beer. I found the hop fly blender at this location. I was very pleased. I hope they continue to carry that line.

Once again went to shop went to check out only self checkout available. Put groceries back and left will not use self checkout. Eent to food lion at l÷ast they have cashier . You had 3 persons to prevent theft. Why no service??

I happened to see a sale on some steaks and was pleasantly surprised at the quantity that was available to choose from and how nice they appeared!

Good store but WHY are guest services ALWAYS CLOSED BEFORE 9PM and during the day?? Theaes services are for customers right? You shouldn't shut it dwn because you don't want to deal with people!! I mean if it happens a few times sure ok, but Jesus the guest service iare dwn 2 3x a week almost n it sucks because its needed by us, THE CUSTOMERS!! Smh

I'm surprised to leave this review being that I've always had a good experience at the Lowes Foods in Knightdale but this one ain't right... I've purchased spoiled items from here more times than I'm comfortable with. Today i purchased sweet tea and it was sour. How does a store continously sell out dated and spoiled items... Just very sad. I'll drive all the way to knightdale from now on because they get it right everytime

They have minimal organic produce options (this is all I’m looking for when I got grocery shopping). When I went to checkout there were 4 cashiers standing by the self checkout and none at any of the cashier check outs. What was very personable was a greeting gentleman at the door welcoming me and wishing me a good day when I left; he is why I left 4 stars, not 3. This location is “fine” but could use more organic inventory and perceptive cashiers.

A nice grocery store with lots of options. Keep an eye on sanitation ratings. The hot food/deli had a low rating the last time I checked. The store is always clean, so that tells me it was a problem behind the counter. Make sure to have their store card to get discounts.
