Laziest employees ever. These big strong men are afraid they might break a nail. I bought some gradening materials, and they were afraid of getting wet in the rain. And they were little to no help when it came to loading the stuff in my car.

They have a 90 day return policy that is not in the customers best intrest. I've several items about 15 or 20 days past brand new. I have the receipts for all of it some I paid cash, and some on debit card. They will not take it back. I am disabled and have to hire people to do the work. So I have to save money for that and material. Then I've got to get on the contractor's schedule. Now I've got stuff left over. I really need the money a whole lot more than them ?. I feel kinda like I've been robbed. I went to 2 different Lowes and both had atleast 3 customers that had been done the same way.

I came home from a trip and realized our HVAC unit was out. It was after 7pm and Google said Lowe's closed at 8pm. I jumped in the van to try and salvage our night by purchasing a portable A/C unit. In my haste, I accidently placed an order for pickup in Charlotte. Vicki the front end lead saved our life. She was prompt, courteous, and Lowe's should be grateful to have such a sincerely empathetic associate. Thank you so very much Vicki.. my family is forever grateful!!

I had a bad experience with Kristie on June 1 2024 at the Garner Lowe's store.
That woman/Men have no customer service skills. (I dont know why she has all this lowe's stars hanging on his uniform, maybe is doing something good besides customer service) Anyway, then, I asked to speak to a manager, and Chad showed up to the front desk, and to my surprise, he has the same arrogant attitud, with worse customer service skills than Kristie.
No wonder why employees have that attitude, management is the same way or worse.

Came to pickup dishwasher for a customer of mine, there was only 1 person at the return counter and nobody at the pickup counter. Multiple workers walked by me and none asked if I needed help with a pickup or anything. Waited 30 minutes to pick it up, terrrrrrrible.

I’ve never been disrespected the way I was today on the phone by the Assistant Manager of the store Chad Edgar. I recently purchased a fridge and the fridge doors handle fell off and the door is also lopsided. Chad was not sympathetic at all and talked to me with such disrespect. I will never never go back to that store again. I loved Lowe’s so this is a sad situation that could have been handled better. ??♀️

HORRIBLE experience! My washer went out on May 9th so I went to Lowe’s on the 10th. Based on the website, they had a Samsung washer at a great price so I paid my coworker who had a truck to help me pick up the washer. We got to Lowe’s and after the guy went to the back, he came back to tell me that the washer is not in stock despite what the website said. So I decided to pick a washer that was in stock. It was $200 more but I needed a washer ASAP. They brought it out and then I took it home. My coworker left and I told him when my wife got home, I would just have her help me carry it upstairs. As soon as we unboxed it, we saw how damaged it was. It looked like someone drove a forklift through it. Pieces were also broken off it. You could tell that someone packaged it after it got damaged. I called my coworker and he said he was not able to come back and had to work over the weekend. Lowe’s has a 48 hour return policy so I immediately called the store. After being given the runaround I finally was able to talk to the manager Chad. He was extremely rude and refused to help with the situation. I asked if someone from Lowe’s could pick up the washer and bring us one that wasn’t damaged. He proceeded to tell me, I would have to pay a $75 pickup fee. I told him that’s unacceptable as they sold me a damaged product. All he could say was I should have unboxed it at the store if I was worried about debts and scratches. We finally were able to get the washer back to Lowe’s by fitting it in the back of my wife’s jeep. The front desk people were also rude about the situation. I had to wait till Monday to be refunded before I could purchase a new washer for delivery. I didn’t want to risk buying another damaged one from the store. I ordered the original washer I wanted on May 13th and it said it would be delivered on May 16th. On May 16th my wife got a text letting us know delivering would be between 3pm-7pm. She messaged back asking if they could deliver after 5pm and they confirmed they would let the delivery team know. At 4:12pm she got a call from the driver saying he was 5 minutes from the house. She proceeded to tell him that we got confirmation that they would deliver after 5pm. He said he was never told and if they wanted him to wait they would have to buy him lunch. His only solution was to ask if he could leave it in our yard and he’ll come back tomorrow to install it since we paid for installation. She told him absolutely not. During this I am rushing home from work to meet the driver. He left 10 minutes before I got there. I called the customer service and they basically said they didn’t see notes to leave it after 5. We even emailed them the proof. They said the earliest they could redeliver was on May 18th because they would charge us more for next day delivery. How can they charge us when you dropped the ball? After once again much back and forth we agreed to the 18th (over a week now since the original purchase). They had a window of delivery for 8am-8pm. My wife got a call at 8am from someone letting us know that they don’t have our washer in stock. When we asked about the washer that was already on the truck, they said it was never the correct washer to begin with. That the washer we wanted wouldn’t be in till the end of the month! We demanded that they fix the issue. He originally offered us a washer that was $200 less then what we paid for and was a terrible brand! We finally agreed to one of the other washers and had to wait till May 19th for it to be delivered. Between the lies, false advertising, and rudeness of staff I’m disappointed with how Lowe’s handled everything. Nothing they did was to help us. All they could suggest was longer waits and more fees on us. The final receipt was for $684 but my bank account was charged for $700.
