No employee working at the gas station. Couldn't use tap to pay. Manager "had no one to work". In that case, the manager should be working there.

To Management - The pump card readers reliably do not work. This is the only location I have card scanning issues and see others with issues as well, so I know it isn't just my card. I always have to go to the attendant to purchase gas because the register card reader works. This is an inconvenience. It prevents me from filling my tank as I have to pre purchase an exact amount and means I can not get gas when an attendant is not present.I've informed the attendants of this about 10 times now. They are clearly equally frustrated as they share they frequently hear this and have passed the message to management, yet nothing has been done about it.While a minor inconvenience, it's frustrating enough that I will not be returning for gas or groceries. Please take this as a sign that you are losing customers over something simple. Most people will not bother speaking up and quietly abandon Lowes instead. I'll return and update my review if this is fixed.

Gotta be the slowest transaction on the planet. Takes 10 minutes to approve and the hardware/software is outdated. Garbage.

The cashier names Kameron was so rude and was definitely irritated with her life or something. She gave me attitude when I asked to try another number for the members rewards. I gave up after that and just asked for a new card and she visibly huffed at me and gave it to me. I had to bag my own groceries they were falling on the floor and she didn't help and just watched. and as I was bagging she told me my total, like give me a minute. I'm doing your job. Then she just gave me my receipt and that was it. No thank you, no have a good day, nothing. This lady hates her job and her life. I would be ashamed to have her representing my business with her attitude.

I really like Lowe's food I just don't like the prices. They always have the best fruit and veggies. The muffins will change your life. They even had a drink that was discontinued and I couldn't find anywhere. Store always nice and clean and employees are great too. Although I will pay $10 for something I know I can get for $6 elsewhere I still buy it from Lowe's anyways. Lowe's rarely have empty selves and if I go anywhere I running the risk of them being out. Cost a little more..yes but is it worth it DEFINITELY.

I have usually go to Lowes to do my groceries, and I enjoyed it. I went today saw countless people without wearing a mass and a lady carrying a dog in one hand and pushing the car with her other hand, of course she wasn't wearing a mask either.

Please take a moment to acknowledge Adam at your garner location who took it upon himself to help me. I ran out of gas near by and had left my wallet at home he took his personal debit card and put $10 in my tank without me asking. He truly helped me more than I can explain and for that I will forever be grateful. Adam was truly my saving grace on this day and you guys are lucky to have him as an employee he has characteristics that are rarely seen these days and I am thankful I had the privilege to meet him.

I had a catering order for my wife's baby shower, they made everything easy for me from making the initial order to picking it up. They reached out the morning of to go over my order one last time before pick up. Also, everyone who attended the shower was very much satisfied with how everything tasted. Will definitely use them again for my catering needs.

Super rude employees and they were absolutely no help. Wanted to know where a specific item was, and the lady that worked at the self-checkout line was very discourteous. I usually don't shop here, but her manners definitely will not have me return either.

visited Lowes Foods today. I was obviously looking for things. Several employees passed me and ignored my obvious confusion. You can advertise, offer coupons, and do every thing the executives think encourage customers, but the key is employees. The parking lot had an overload of carts while someone inside was enjoying a slow morning. I grew up on the grocery business . Without committed employees, you can skip all of the coupons, commercials, etc. I wanted to buy a bakery sour dough loaf of bread. The Baker was diligently working and saw me but was ignoring me. I exited, went over to the bread aisle and bought an inferior loaf of bread. Do the executives at Lowes ever leave the board room and just shop at lowes? Wake up.
