Excellent!! I called around about 5 different places around Clayton before I found these guys. Each place told me they could get to me for a quote in about a month, then the actual body work would happen about a month after that. These guys had me in and out within a week. Highly recommend!

I got in accident back in July and my car got towed to a shared tow lot that uses this place. When I talked them originally about the car they said yes we'd love to work on it they were all excited and it made sense being the car was already there. They even said it would probably be ready after a couple weeks. Actually said this twice. Fast forward about 4/5 weeks went by I still hadn't heard anything after being told it would be ready 2 weeks prior. I had another vehicle so I wasn't rushing plus I rather it be done right. So I call and they say oh we ran into issues with alignment so it may be the following week I told them that was fine because I was going to be out of town anyway. So they call and say hey your vehicle is ready come pick it up. So I immediately check the connections and they look loose but I didn't mention it until a little later in the day I notice I big gap where my bumper and headlight meet. So I call and their like yeah we did have some issues with connecting bumper and for me to reach out to insurance company because they paid for aftermarket parts basically placing some of the blame on them. They said they would submit pictures to the insurance company to see if they would fix it. They insurance company even said if they take the bumper off and return it then they can submit another order for a OME bumper or a better fit bumper. I waited and called back about a couple weeks later and they tell me they haven't heard anything and " I should poke the bear" My issue is the insurance company did their job. They paid YOU to order the parts and complete the repair. It's YOUR job to know what fits and what doesn't. I nor the repair company is responsible knowing any of that and to tell me it's my job to run down the insurance company is insane. They gave you a solution by saying send the bumper back and they didn't even do that! The right thing to do would be to call me and give me the option to either keep it as is for a discount on the deductible at least or wait extra time while they try to get a better one but no they just handed it back hoping I wouldn't say anything so now I have to spend more money and time getting it repaired CORRECTLY or deal with a bumper that's going to get worse as time goes on. This is the reason people don't trust businesses now. Thank you Love & Co. for absolutely nothing.

Had some tree limb damage on my suv. And for my first experience of dealing with a body shop, I must say I'm beyond happy with this company. They were easy to work with. They kept me updated on the progress multiple times every week. The work on my car is amazing and I love the amazing and polite customer service.Services: Painting

Ugggh..nice people...bad work. Where do I begin they taped off my bumper and painted it and didn't even prime it and left the orange tape underneath the paint.Worst part is they close before 5 p.m. on weekdays and I can never get down there and they're closed on weekends

I had a small dent in my passenger door. Other companies quoted over $800 to repair. Love & Company charged $200 and gave me transportation to my office. Phenomenal people and service. Do not look anywhere else!Service: Body & Trim

I’ve known Justin & Jeff for 14 years now. That’s as far back as before they bought the business from Tommie Love. I was a professional automobile technician in new car dealerships from 1989-2008. I was one of the shop foreman at Leith Honda when I was 30 years old. I’ve literally owned hundreds of cars with buying & selling on the side. Then I owned my own auto repair shop specializing in Honda, Acura, Toyota and Lexus before taking early medical retirement in 2016. My point is I know the car business inside & out. I’m extremely picky. Once, Justin removed pretty close to the entire front clip of a silver Civic I bought for parts & repaired a black Civic I bought that was wrecked. That car looked great considering I was providing used parts from a 250k mile blown up Honda Civic. I sold the repaired black Civic to a very good customer of mine in less than a week. That gentleman still drives that Civic after owning it 10 years. I had them repair the rear end of my wife’s BMW. It was some minor bumper skin damage that the Walmart Grocery Pick Up girl caused. Walmart’s insurance paid the $600 repair bill. It’s a silver car and the color match came out perfectly. Rob is one of the top 3 automotive painters I’ve ever worked with. My BMW e60 550i was backed into by a pickup truck a farmer was driving up near my property in the Blue Ridge Mountains. It was $3000 in damage. After Love and Company made the repairs, It looks like it never happened. I got caught in a hail storm in my 550i while I was in Central Florida and had $2100 in hail damage repaired. Perfect. My elderly mother tore up her 2015 Honda Pilot by dragging the passenger’s door along a pole. She also completely tore off the front bumper skin. She lives in Florida and I made her bring her vehicle to North Carolina & stay at my house using my spare car. Then Jeff and Justin made about $3000 in paint & body repairs. Again a perfect color match that still looks good today. A few months later my BMW 550i got hit again by a terrible hail storm here at my house in Clayton. There were a few nasty hail pings that I thought would require body work. The paintless dent repair technician worked some magic. My car was hit so hard it cracked the windshield. I’ll give you $100 if you can find a single spot that was corrected. That was about a $3000 repair. The next project was a total respray of my son’s Honda Civic Si. Everybody knows about Honda factory paint...it sucks. My son’s car has a dealer installed HFP (Honda Factory Performance) Body Kit & dealer installed fog lamps. The body shop completely disassembled the car. The power mirrors, windshield, sunroof glass, rear wing spoiler, bumpers, outside door handles, the driver’s door lock, the windshield cowl...everything. That HFP body kit removal was a lot of tedious work. Then they completely stripped the factory paint to bare metal & resprayed the Fiji Blue Pearl paint. It’s much more of a brilliant color when the higher quality paint was applied. I have my 1995 Chevrolet Impala SS at their body shop right now. I’ve owned that car 25 years. It’s kinda’ sentimental. It’s almost completely disassembled for its 25 year old paint stripping and then they’ll respray it the factory dark cherry metallic. So, I guess you could say I highly recommend Love and Company. UPDATE~ The Impala came out beautiful. I had my Isuzu suv sprayed satin black and it’s awesome. I dropped my 550i off to be painted. I gave Jeff total artistic freedom. He chose a matte finish with a black roof panel, rear lip & front spoiler (eBay special). It’s one of a kind. People constantly ask if it’s a wrap or paint.

Love and Company comes highly recommended in this area. They work on corvettes and show quality paint jobs. I had a collision with a large piece of tire tread on the highway with my challenger that was in pristine condition (RT Shaker) with a show quality paint job. I had my mechanic fix the mechanical side of things and requested it go to Love and Company Collision and Glass since a friend highly recommended them. The paint color matched beautifully, but there were spots along the edges that were not painted, only primed, due to the tape job they did. There was also overspray on some of the black plastic and the trim along the hood edge. I had seen my car awaiting the paint job and the front piece was not attached. So that edge should not have had overspray, nor should it have had taped, unpainted strips. I had them return it to have it done properly and Love and Company told my mechanic they would not fix it. I spoke with the guy at Love an Company and he said he has an issue with my mechanic's attitude and he didn't want to disassemble the grill parts to paint my car, so he taped it instead. They have a dispute about the pay now, but all of this is between them. I don't see how their issues should affect my paint job (set up with State Farm as the payor). This is unprofessional and I have been waiting a month to get this resolved. My mechanic is taking it to another place to have it completely repainted, now, since Love and Company won't stand behind their work.

I had work done on damage to my pristine Challenger. The paint color match was spot on, but they had over spray like a Maco paint job and they refused to correct it. I wouldn't trust them. They also left a spikey imperfection in the clear coat that would take a few minutes to smooth and buff, but they wouldn't stand behind their work. I had heard good things from a friend that had taken his Vette there, so I'll warn him, too.Services: Painting
