Do not go to the store the guy who runs it will never be there to help you so you're better bet is that if you like liberty tax go to the one by Walmart near Garner station they are excellent in service and they will definitely take care of you and someone would always be there to help you unlike this store over here by the food Lion in Garner you can never get anybody to help you do anything

Worst experience ever. The girl did not know whatshe was doing. Gave me the $50 cash in a flash then turned around and charged me $100 on my invoice. My prep fees were about 300. Turbotax here i come for $40. Not to mention i requested direct deposit and my check got mailed to them. They didnt even call to tell me. After several days I called them. Smh

Horrible experience! I had troubles thanks to them. I called Mindy several times to know if she filed the taxes I asked her to file, and she never did. Every phone call I made, she answered "Oh, I was just going to call you". After not knowing what happened, II tried to reach her several times. and no answer received. If you don't want troubles, go elsewhere.
Oh, one review rated 5 stars is from somebody that has the same last name of who works there? Is that a coincidence?

7-7-17 Up until now I have had great experiences with this office doing our taxes. But, now that I need copies of past returns I can not get up with anyone. The office iS opened part time, but I haven't found anyone there yet. Some man has answered the phone a few times. I don't know who he is but he was not helpful AT ALL. He just insists the office is closed and for me to call back. He even hung up on me the other day when I insisted he must have an emergency phone # for someone. I've left at least 3 appt requests with no response. I need a password for this office in order to access my tax returns on the Liberty Tax Downloader. This is time sensitve and my house is on the line. Corp can't give me the password and nobody answers the phone. Can't leave a message on this phone # either. I'm livid. 7-11-17 This office was supposed to be opened today from 2-6pm. NOT. There are 2-3 handwritten signs noting to call the office phone, but, you guessed it: NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE. No answering machine, nothing. No response to my 3 emailed requests for appts last week. I am in a heap of trouble if I don't get those tax returns TODAY. I AM PISSED. ?The Tax Downloader is crazy: why do I HAVE to input a refund amount or an amount due??? I don't know because I don't have a copy of the tax return!?!

I have used Liberty tax for years. Every year I get expert advice and proper tax preparation. If you take all the information you should have then the preparers can do a great job for you. Don't let one unhappy person steer you away from a great tax experience. Cpa's have NO tax experience they are just accountants and don't know all the credits you may receive......

I went to several tax preparation offices and I found Liberty Tax to be the best price with a larger refund than any of the competitors. The preparers were professional and made the tax preparation fun as opposed to the dreaded feeling I got at the other offices. I love the wavers energy and the overall good feeling of the office.

The very worse experience we have ever had filing taxes. These people are hacks at best. They messed up our taxes by not filing them correctly and have cost us hundreds of dollars. Don't walk , run away from these hacks. Find a local PA and get your saxes completely correctly not by the b******* staff at Liberty Hacks.
