Coupon for 25% off brings it down to a still way over priced pack of underwear.
Will probably not shop here any more.

I found prices to be considerably higher than other department stores. Discount coupons are no longer offered at the registers. I did not receive discount coupons in the mail for a long time and it wasn't until I made a purchase that I received one. I feel they are stealing from me or anyone who makes a purchase without coupons. Thus, I prefer to purchase at other stores

Way overpriced. The reason why they use digital pricing is because they change prices constantly, even saying something is on sale, when in all reality the price is higher than the standard price.

Mail coupons to you and go to use them and can't. Most items are coupon ineligible. If I can't use them ,KEEP them. Reminds me of why I quit going to a Belk. Very same situation with coupons. Will reconsider my shopping here.

Kohls is Kohls....best part in Sephora!!
One thing to note, I went about a month apart & they now have self checkout. The last time I was in the lady who rang me up, is now supervising the self checkout.....oh well....I can see it at Walmart, I guess, but when you're buying clothes now too......

Store has no selection any more, I used to go to Kohls and walk out with lots of bags, now I walk out empty handed. What happened to Kohls? Did you change buyers? All my friends feel the same way.
