Never again. While one of my children got a great haircut, my other child literally got a CUT. The stylist said “I nicked his ear, sorry.” but once we got home and checked it was an actual cut which bled through the bandaid. Cut aside, his hair was nothing like he wanted. Extremely disappointed because this has been our go to place for a while now.

Rachel specialist was good. I went on July 5 2024 there were two stylist both are not good. They don’t know how to do hair cut. Those cut we can do by own at home. Just use the trimmer which is easy to do anyone. They don’t have creative thinking by seeing the people hair style and do the service. Better they hire good specialists or close this location.

I have been visiting this location for years, but this morning my service was so exceptionally good I felt I should review it. I wish I had gotten her name but the woman who cut my hair today was genuinely interested in what was important to me, asked the right questions, and explained what she was doing while she was doing it. She said she was a returning employee. I hope she is recognized for the terrific job she is doing. Very nice and friendly, too.

This was my first time going to Great Clips. I had to wait a few minutes but it wasn't bad. Melissa took great care of me taking the time to find out how I wanted my hair cut. She was friendly along with the staff. I will definitely be going back and will be a great customer of Melissa!! Looking forward to going back!!

2nd time we've been to this location and received amazing service. My daughter wanted a wolf cut and her stylist Naa did a perfect job. We are super delighted with the results. That haircut was worth way more than we paid with all the thickness of hair to work through.

The one I went to offered me a different haircutter each time I walked in, and subsequently, a different haircut. They did ok, but not exceptionally friendly. I left tips so they could go get a drink after work. I hope it helped.

My stylist was great. The facility was clean and well kept. My only problem was with using a coupon off the internet. After receiving my haircut, I was told that the coupon was already used. What's the point of releasing coupons if you can't use them?!!!
