Place has no customers in the store and I was in there for 40 minutes. Reasons were clear. Furniture outdated and prices too high. Makes sense. They must be sitting on the same inventory for years. Wanted to buy a recliner. Had many but only a few worth considering. Prices were marked as a sale but the prices were just elevated and lowered to a still too high price. Told sales person the chair should be $700 and not $1,100. So she offered to take $50 off. Had to leave without a sale. Won't be back.

I have bought quite a bit of furniture from this store. My latest purchase were two chairs with ottomans that were over $2,000. I paid a delivery charge of $99.00. The chairs looked fine when they were delivered. After sitting in one of the chairs that night , I noticed the lower back was uncomfortable due to lack of stuffing. The other chair was fine. I called the store & asked them if they would get me some stuffing & I would be happy to pick it up when it came in which would save them a trip out to my place. I went to pick it up & asked the lady if she would reimburse me some on my delivery charge of $99 since I drove the 23 miles to pick up the stuffing & saved them a trip to deliver it. She then told me she couldn't do that and if they had brought it to me they would have charged me a service charge. I asked her why I would have a service charge for a repair on the chairs? She said she checked the chairs before they left the store & there was nothing wrong with them. I told her if you didn't sit in them, you would not have known the chair lacked stuffing in the lower back. I wasn't asking for much, would have been happy if she would have offered even a $20 refund on the delivery charge, but she wouldn't consider anything. Needless to say, we will not go back and buy a sofa there to go with the 2 chairs or any other furniture.

Very helpful and friendly staff, we love our new soft living room sofa, loveseat and recliner! Our photo is on the website, with gold walls and a new rug. I grew up in Garner. Stop in and see some beautiful furniture!

I visited this store and thought that the selection of furniture was great. A man named Stuart, on the sales floor, was very nice and helpful.I was in the process of taking photos of furniture to make sure it would match my home. My kids were with me, and a lady came on the store floor and scolded my nine-year-old daughter (my daughter cried when we left the store), for putting hand prints on the front door. This is a retail location. People have children with them sometimes. Fingerprints are going to happen.I understand that cleaning isn't particularly fun, but I'm happy to take my $5000 purchase to another location. Someone at that store decided that 10 cents of Windex was more important.

Had a great experience with this company, from the sales lady to the delivery men. Good selection, reasonably priced. On time delivery with friendly staff and set-up of furniture. Would highly recommend them.

A great experience from beginning to end. After many disappointing trips to about 15 different furniture stores, we visited Wayside. A nice selection of furniture, lots made in America! Florence, our salesperson was helpful and intuitive and gave us plenty of opportunity to look around, measure, ask questions, etc.Just as promised, the furniture was delivered 3 days later as planned, within the arranged time frame by 2 nice and professional gentleman. They brought everything in and set it up exactly like we wanted and made sure we were satisfied.Next time I need furniture, I'm going to Wayside first!
