A HUGE SHOUTOUT TO SERVICE ADVISOR , MR.SAM AND HIS SERVICE TECHS FOR DOING SUCH AN ACCURATE AND THOROUGH JOB IN DIAGNOSING AND FIXING MY OLDER MODEL FORD!!
My car needed extensive repairs and under Mr. Sam's supervision the work on my vehicle was thoroughly completed to my satisfaction and definitely quicker than I thought it would be !
My car is running well and everything that was in the service agreement to be done was completed.
I appreciate Mr. Sam's honesty , integrity and professionalism in making sure I was a completely satisfied customer !!
The staff at Garner Auto are courteous, friendly and provided great customer service !

I had to come in super last minute for a safety inspection and everyone was so kind and worked quickly! They were very thorough and helped answer all my questions honestly. I will need maintenance done within the next 6 months and plan on coming right back here for all of it! Prices were extremely reasonable also!

I once witnessed the owner of Garner Auto Specialists talking about his new truck he bought to a customer. The customer was looking to buy a truck like the owner's and the owner grabbed his keys and gave them to the customer and told the customer to take the owner's truck for a spin to see how the customer liked it. It was a wholesome moment and showed a lot of trust.

The best and most trustworthy mechanics I’ve ever worked with. One time, after leaving Planet Fitness up the road I saw my tire was flat. GAS was the closest mechanic so I hobbled my way there. They changed my tire and added air to the rest of them for free. Another time my car had a check engine light on and I went to a different mechanic on the weekend who wanted 1800$ to fix it. Wanted a second opinion and went to GAS who told me there was an open recall on the problem I had. Got it fixed for free at the dealership, thanks to this business. Would have never known otherwise. I love this business and will always refer friends and family here. Thanks GAS

Chris at the front desk was super friendly and informative, and clearly explained everything really well. Normally I go to car mechanics and feel intimidated or talked down to, but I had a GREAT experience here, definitely will come again for future car needs!
