I would be very careful purchasing GE profile products. Spent close to $13k on appliances for a brand new house from this location
We have had issues with every single one of them
With the fridge in particular, we had to get the ice maker fixed. Now we are looking at least $1600 in repairs on a 4 year old appliance. Was planning on essentially having to replace a 4 year old fridge at a new house
This store has great customer service, but I would highly recommend avoiding GE products .

Decided to try Garner Appliance when I saw their banner at Garner High (thanks for supporting our athletes!) and had a wonderful experience purchasing a new dryer! Chris was great to work with and got us on the delivery schedule ASAP. Will definitely use them for our next appliance purchase!

You would be better off just buying your appliances from a big box store or online. I bought a cooktop and range hood from them, and while the sales process was fine (other than the salespeople steering me toward something that I didn't want - I'm guessing toward something they would make more commission on), their installers were absolute yahoos. The range hood was never sealed the way that it should have been and wasn't installed centered in the opening causing a cabinet door to rub every time it was opened. The cooktop installation was just as bad. After being in for a couple of months, the drawer slides on the drawer under the cooktop failed. Turns out they didn't care that the drawer was pushing on the gas line every time that it was opened (the previous cooktop had the gas line centered and a notch was made in the back of the cabinet to accommodate not hitting the line. With the gas line on the right side with the new cooktop, they just left it hitting the line every time that it was opened. What a dangerous situation this made). I bought from them assuming that they would have the more professional installers (since the units I bought were the same price everywhere), but that was certainly far from being the case.

After visiting all of the standard appliance stores, I called Garner Appliance and they provided a lower price, a faster delivery, and a model that the other stores couldn't find PLUS they did it all over the phone. I highly recommend this company!

To date, I've purchased a washer/dryer package, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher from Garner Appliance and Mattress. Excellent service from initial sale to warranty work. Pricing very competitive, if not better than the big box stores along with the added value of very knowledgeable sales staff, exceptional delivery/installation team and a great service group for when you need them!

Garner Appliance was soooo easy to work with. They have amazing prices and beat out all of the big box stores. They even removed my old units which Home Depot refuses to do. Highly recommend Garner Appliance to anyone looking to buy appliances hassle free!

Max was very helpful when we stopped at the Raleigh store to purchase a new dishwasher. We were in and out of the store within 40 minutes. The dishwasher was professionally installed by Mr. David Wrench, who completed the installation and cleaned up afterward, all within one hour.

In comparison to the big box stores, this store focuses on two major home project lines, and they do it well! Several unanswered questions asked at that other were answered here. Their product lines are deep. If you're looking for major brands they almost certainly have it here.
