Every time my husband and I go to this location we have the best experience . The man and lady that work there are exceptional, they deserve a raise by how they sell products and are very positive and are great at providing information about products ans what is best. Bought the warranty of a very popular console. Part of the console broke, item still under warranty, so took it in. They told me b/c they didnt have any in stock, they would not replace it and only give a refund. How is that helpful? Manager said he would like to help, but he was bound by their policy. Wouldnt even allow the product to be mailed to the warehouse or another configuration So, Gamestop policy is literally to hang their customers out to dry. Thanks a lot.

Typical GameStop merchandise and prices, with great customer service (thank you Patrick for your help!). I'll likely visit this GameStop in the future due to its location, helpful employees, ample parking, and quick service. Like most GameStops, this location is packed with new and old games, consoles, gaming equipment, and merchandise. It's easy to determine what items are available and the price. Order online for shipping/pick-up or visit in-person. GameStop is our main choice when pre-ordering items and purchasing new games and consoles after release as well as gift cards. Annually i purchase Steam gift cards from here since I cannot find them elsewhere. I prefer the actual card; however, if they are out of the card displaying the amount you want you can still pay that amount and the recipient can use the code on the receipt. The merchandise here is pricy, but comparable to other electronic shops. I removed one star since items are pricey and their product buyback is worthless. They offer very little for your good condition pre-used games and consoles. Overall, I had a positive experience here and recommend this location to others!

Unprofessional! Employee went in and we waited for store to open at 10. It is now 10:25 and the employee has yet to open the store. 8 potential customers got tired of waiting.

I don't know what kid was working there yesterday, 10/22, but he clearly doesn't understand how to do his job. When wanting to pay with my Credit Card that I did not have on me, representatives at other Gamestop's have been able to look it up with my SS #. I let him know that I've never had an issue he stated "Well, I don't know how to do it and no one in this store knows how to do it. I won't be calling my manager to ask". Unprofessional, and really need's to be fired. Definitely not an asset to ANY company.

Went there to do a trade and a return on 4 games simple. Even though i stated i lost my receipt manager said bring them in no problem we can do the return. Was gonna trade my xbox in too at that store figuring id give em the credit for it. Drove 35 minutes there juat to get the whole, oh we can trade the game in for trade credit, THE SAME GAMES HE WAS SUPPOSED TO RETURN. I just drove home and kept everyrhing. Will never be back at any gamestop again after that. Pleanty of other places to shop at for games

I went to purchase a ps5 and issac was very rude and he added a game informer subscription onto my bill without asking me about it and when I told him to take it off he said he wouldn’t be able to sell the ps5 because that’s the only way corporate would allow him to sell it is with the subscription with it. And when I told him that I wasn’t going to pay it and go to target to purchase the ps5 as they were right across the street and running the same $510 deal, he took it off and said all that about corporate selling mess. Will never be returning to this location.

good selection of older console generation games (360, ps3, wii, ds) for a gamestop, but the rudest worker i have ever seen.the man named isaac who works here is judgemental and rude, commenting on your choice of games as well as telling you why whatever upcoming releases you're excited about are going to suck. walked up to me and my wife unprompted to tell us that the upcoming switch release of megaman battle network was because "the switch is hemorraging money" and they're "releasing whatever they can to save it." not something you want to be told about a game you're excited about, especially by someone you don't know and were clearly not talking to.additionally when we came up to the counter to pay for our games, instead of asking if we wanted to add the gamestop protection plan for the preowned copies, he added it to our total without asking and expected us to pay it. at this point i was so uncomfortable with the store i just wanted to buy my games and leave, so i paid it.very uncomfortable frustrating experience. will not be returning.

12:30 on February 22nd this location is closed !!! Its always pulling crazy unprofessional actions like this !!!!Been here since 11:30... this is sad and can only be seen as a failure in management. You guys got to do better I just watched & spoke to like 6 potential customers... this unprofessional and makes the company look bad
