I had to use the restroom. One qa cleaned both bathrooms so I went in and then the same guy who saw me go in there proceed to go back and re clean the damn bathroom like he couldn't bother to wait tell after I was done there wasn't any need to hover around while I used the restroom. The fact that he intentionally saw me go into that stall after I watched another qa clean the same exact restroom is more then disturbing

When you come here to send money, when the staff doesn't want to provide this service, they will find various reasons to say that they can't work, and that your phone number cannot be used! I've been using it for several years and I'm still using it now.

Good prices and good assortment. The problem is that for 2 consecutive weeks there are no bags to put the fruits and vegetables in bulk...solving that, everything is fine

You can't go early. No cashiers,self check only. The shelves aren't stocked.There are nicer Food Lions.

Poor customer service. No one on a register to check out customers. I’ll not be back at to this store. I’ll find somewhere else to spend my money.

I personally work here usually thru the week all five days sometimes weekends and I shop here mostly every chance I get. I try not to complain but make the best of every day and give every shopper that comes in even if they look like they are going to kill everyone around them. Excuse me for being so blunt. I love ❤️ my job even when we go thru he'll within and outside the store. I try to show up and show out. Excuse me for being me! Yes, some days we slack with the help because we can't control people's lives. Therefore, we can not control who shows up, but what we do when we do, we do indeed. Not I can't speak for some employee's actions nor extra that does occur, but trust and believe all employees are not rude and belligerent as some of the customers that bring that energy into the store, lord knows the reason they are mad already secretly but whatever. You are who you are. We can not change you either. So it seems like an equal thing as if anywhere else nowadays is any different ?. All in all, I feel like we have a phemonal store. And I do stand by them. Pay is negotiable, and I think some employees, including myself, deserve more, but all in all. I wouldn't trade the store for the world. For all the people that have had a bad experience. Come now. And make sure it's thru the week so you can meet me too. I will try my best to give you a good time. Just don't come mad or with a heavy weight on your shoulders. Negative usually travels and honesty being an excellent worker and just trying to do. I don't need that on me, lol. Anywhos I know my opinion don't really matter but things are getting better with time. I'm working some magic. Just work with me. I'm trying to spread as much happiness ? as I can. All I can say is come check us out again and give the people that do show up some credit. Even if they are not fast and things don't go the way you expect. We all do our best ?. Now, I'm not speaking for the slacks once again. Just the loyal ones and the ones that genuinely ? care.

This food lion is the worse when it comes to the customer service help desk. This is my 3rd time entering the store and unable to get assistance with anything that deals with the customer service desk. Why have a customer service if you can’t get help.

This is my local Food Lion and everyone that works here is always so friendly! I came in early this morning for a birthday cake and no one was in the bakery yet to write a name on the cake. I asked one of the employees up front and she took the time to do it herself! I appreciate all your help. Thank you all so much!
