Any drive pls don’t don’t don’t go to fix ur truck on this tooooooo expensive shop they charge me only part of nox and ammonia sensor more than $2,000 and also 15 hour for labor $2,400 it’s not fare. They supposed to tell me the price of the part before order but they r not I told the to return the part n he told that they don’t have return. They r super lair when they fix ur truck pls pls pls be careful before fix ur truck

Terrible service from the very first day I walked in.. the service provider Terrance did nothing to help my situation I went into this place needing leaf springs added to my tow rig an Terrance gave me the biggest run around I called this place for weeks a could never get an answer on if the leaf springs came in 2 weeks in hell he probably never ordered them. When I finally got Terrance on the phone he was fumbling the whole time I asked him have the leaf springs come in yet no straight answer asked him when can I get my service done oh let me call you back in 5 min I’m still waiting for that call back 3 weeks in my experience was trash this was a complete disaster and waste of time

Absolutely terrible. Right after replacing tie rods and boots on my sprinter van, I took the van to FleetPride door an alignment. They did a "complimentary" straightening on my steering wheel... Except now the wheel is crooked the other way by about 15 degrees. When I went under the van to get that sorted, I saw that they didn't loosen the clamps on the tie rod boots when they did the alignment. I have two brand new boots that are twisted and mangled. New parts are on order so I can fix their mistake. I will not go back even to have them fix what they messed up.
