I come here all the time. The work is good and typically on time. Except today when the truck was ready, it has been paid for all I needed was the keys. AJ was in the front and he told me to wait 5-10 minutes- he was too busy flirting with a group of girls. I wait 10 minutes and come back in then he walks to the back to work on another car, ignoring me. It took almost 30 minutes to get my keys and he was very rude about it

We always get great service. They have worked us in with emergency situations and their customer service reps are number one. They look for the best coupons to help us save and the auto techs are proactive for upcoming issues. We love this store!

The work was OK, the employees were nice but $169.00 in labor to put on two tires and an alignment is outrageous. Your service is no better than many others including local tire dealers plus I have never had to pay extra money for a tire warranty. I am very angry and I will not be doing any further business with your company!

Brought my RX-8 in for tires and an alignment. Got it back the same day and the tires were put on fine, balanced well but the mounting grease wasn't cleaned off my wheels. It bothers me quite a bit but that could be a non-issue to someone else. The alignment leaves some to be desired as well, the wheel wasn't set straight and left the shop pulling more with EPS trying to center the steering wheel even harder than before. If you just need tires, this place seems to be fine but the alignment techs leave something to be desired. I don't know if it's just inexperience or laziness but it does need to be addressed. If I knew this is what would come out of coming here I would've taken a day off work to align the car myself

Very rude on the phone. I tried to call and explain what was going on with my car and after I told her I'm not going to schedule an appointment today she hung up on me. I can't imagine what the service would be like.

The Firestone on 42 in Garner, NC has always been great! I've gotten my oil changed their several time and have had my car inspected there several times and they have always been very personable, and provided great service. I would certainly recommend them.

Do not bring your car here… my car had NO problems untill I took it here for an inspection & few minor things. Brought it home and started making weird noises, when I took it back to them to work on they changed their story many times about what could be wrong and on top of that broke a bolt in my car where I had to take to another shop to remove because Firestone did not want to admit it was them who broke it (even though they are the only ones to ever work on it) Eddie was not the nicest & is the one to break my bolt. They continued to charge us $600 for them to not even fix my problem, but make it worse.Update - they did agree to refund $400 so we are grateful for that.

GM Lauren is the best!!! My entire family takes their vehicles to Firestone because of the service Lauren provides. You know she is good when you spend $1500 and leave there smiling. Highly recommend.

I took my Honda Pilot in for preventative maintenance service and it was a great experience. I called to make an appointment and they were able to get me in the same week. They looked my vehicle over, provided suggested services, and were able to complete all of the work in one day. They were wonderful to work with!

Was quoted 1602 to replace 4 oxygen sensors. This is over 1000 more then everyone else.
