I can't say enough positive things about this bank and particularly this branch!!! It's like doing business with a neighbor or a friend. I've always been greeted with a smile and treated with the utmost care and respect. My recent experience applying for a Home Equity Line of Credit FAR surpassed my last experience with a larger NC bank! Josh was so patient with my questions and made the process so easy & was very efficient with follow up and getting it done in a very timely manner!!

I have been a customer at the Fidelity branch in Garner for more than 4 years now, both business and personal and have always left smiling because of the excellent personal service received whether I went through the drive thru or needed help of any kind inside! I could not ask for more!

I highly recommend this Branch of Fidelity! From the first phone call with Giselle Degenhardt, the care. Kindness, and support in answering all my questions was amazing! This made my decision to come in to open an account, then a warm greeting when I stopped in and I was assisted by Debbie Seay... Also amazingly supportive and helpful to get my account up and running with ease. She even helped me on my next visit to get linked up to the app too! I also received follow up emails from them both to see if I needed further assistance... Wowza.. no other bank has done this for me! I appreciate this Branches care and I am looking forward to many years of doing business with them!
