My experience was my experience was magnificent. The service was excellent. They did a really good job on my nails. His name is Daniel. They were courteous and kind and I enjoyed this time with them. I would recommend this to anyone. Thank you.

Met w. Andy did a regular manicure w/ clear nail polish loved it. She is very friendly took her time and asked me how I wanted my nails before cutting, also asked me about the color I wanted and she picked the exact one I had in mind. My daughter had a great experience w/ her technician as well it was an older gentleman, he was kind and did a great job, we were afraid her nails would look bulky as in most places they do, but they were perfect!

I have gone to this shop off and on for years since I have lived in the area but I will not be returning after my last encounter. Yesterday 6/9/2024 around 430-5pm I entered the shop in Garner on Cabela Dr and asked for a pedicure. When I arrived there was only one other customer in the shop and 6 nail techs. When I got to the pedicure bowl I told the male tech, who I believe was unsure about the pedicure type I chose, that I also wanted dip manicure, he said okay and proceeded to do my pedicure. While sitting there 4-5 other customers arrived and out of those 4-5 at least 3 requested pedicures and dip nails. When it was time to receive dip the tech told the women and they refused to do it and told him to tell me to come back the following day but completed the pedicures and dip for the 3 customers who entered the shop after me. The women are rude and the vibe I got was that they just did not want to provide the service for me particularly. The gentleman who had just completed my pedicure then told me that he does not know how to do dip and that gel was better. He also told me that it would not chip even after I explained that it does if you wash your hands or use sanitizer frequently. I ended up just getting a regular manicure, which will not last with polish but by this time it was too late to do or go anywhere else and I was going out of town the next day. I was not going to pay 20.00 extra for gel when I knew it would chip/peel in 1-3 days. The experience made me feel super uncomfortable as a customer and I will never return.

Do not go here !!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE !! I’ve visited many times and yesterday showed me that I will Never go back again !!!!
I walked In for a pedicure I specially in the beginning explained how I would Like my pedicure ! They put a new lady on my toes which the lady didn’t know what she was doing ! She asked her coworkers for help several times which no one wanted to help her. She told me out of her mouth that they did not want to help her. My toes are horrible I left With no polish and half done pedicure and yet I still Paid. They didn’t care at all / I asked To speak to a manager and she didn’t want to get up and come talk to me $ I’m very disappointed I’m hurt and I will NEVER BE BACK !!!!!!

Classic pedicure and manicure service requested and I was not satisfied due to many issues including uneven nail polish application and thick top coat that never dried... even after sitting for 30 minutes with the fan. I did reach out to someone who claimed to be the manager after I left but didn't interject their managerial skills while witnessing my complaints during the actual service being provided . It was a waste of my time and funds because I had to correct the issues once I got home to analyze what I suspected. I had reservations prior due to the reviews... but I still took a chance. As the saying goes... it is what it is

Prices on services are way more than stated. Let me explain, there’s a few sheets with the services they offer and their prices at the check-in/check-out desk…I got a basic pedicure ($22 on sheet) and basic manicure ($18 on sheet) I go to check out my bill jumped up to $96. HOW! And the worker doing my toes CUT my toe! Highly wouldn’t not recommend!

Mrs Cindy Lou at Embassy is Awesome! She is very professional and attentive to my needs on every visit. She always does a great job with my pedicure and nails and also does my daughter’s pedicures. We schedule appointments with her and she always takes us on time, is very polite and knowledgeable of all services. Mrs Cindy Lou provides great service and I recommend her to everyone.

If you have anywhere to go or don't enjoy waiting over 35 min to be seen DO NOT COME HERE. I tried to be nice after watching two other customers walk -out but never again.
