This location was very much clean and easy to shop until I went to check out. The slaes associate on duty tonight was very much rude to me. I do have her name she really needs to improve on customer service skills.

Went to Dollar Tree in Garner NC, supposed to close at 10pm, got there at 9:40pm, door was locked, manager came to door and said corporate said to close early, so I just wasted my gas and my time driving over here, are y'all serving the public or yourselves, I'll be spending my money elsewhere, and the manger had the nerv to give a have a nice day smart comment, unbelievable!!!

I like coming to this Dollar Tree. The manager, assistant manager, and all the employees will help you anyway they can. It's a great store to shop at, and I always find what I'm looking for. Store #4051

Went to this location for a few specific Easter items, only reason for going to the store. Older employee, long gray hair, with glasses was stocking the first Easter aisle upon walking in. The women had an excessive amount of boxes (maybe 50+) up and down the aisle which was honestly more of a danger to herself than to anyone else as she made it a purpose to block both ends of the aisle with carts which I’m assuming to avoid customers going down the aisle. I’m not sure her logic in bringing this crazy amount of boxes and blocking the aisle when she can only shelf a single box at a time makes sense. Anyhow, she blocked the entire aisle full of the only things I came to the store for. I very kindly asked her if I could grab a few things. With several grunts and sighs she proceeded to tell me “I don’t want you to fall over a box”. (Meanwhile the store is full of aisles of items in boxes waiting to be stocked which also would pose to risk to customers tripping over if she really wants to claim she is a concerned employee). I said “ma’am I’m not going to fall over a box I just need a grab a few of those items right there” while pointing directly in front of her. She signs and groans and says “Go ahead”. I grab one of the items that was in reach but then this employee continues to stand in front of the area I pointed I needed to grab items while “organizing” items on the shelf that she was not actually organizing but just sliding back and forth. I continued to watch her for another minute she she grabbed other items off a hook and aggressively try to hook them back on the shelves so aggressively that she actually dropped 3 of the items she was fiddling with out of frustration. All while she still stayed exactly where I needed to grab my last few items. I then asked her “can I just grab a few of those items right in front of you and I’ll be out of your way”. She finally moved. As I walked away I heard her moaning and still slamming and pushing around items out of frustration. I’m not sure why she didn’t offer to just grab the items for me so I didn’t have to go into her proclaimed space as I knew exactly what I needed. I’m not one to post reviews, but this woman is clearly not happy at her job and very clearly has no care for customer service or sales for the store.

I was shocked that Valentine, St. Patrick's day, and Easter were all being sold on JANUARY 25th! Crazy! However, I was really surprised to see that they had some really nice stuff there! I got to go back when I can spend $100!

I stopped last night 1/5 for 1 item . Sign on the door says they close at 9. The door was locked at 8:50. Don’t advertise you close at 9 but really lock the door 10 minutes early.
