I took 4-5 golf clubs up there to get shafted & gripped.
They put different size grips on each club, and my 60 degree shaft was as long as my 5 iron. Still paid full price though obviously since you have to pay before they ever do the work.

Matt from the biking section was great to work with! He was helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He made sure my husband and I made the right decision as far as our bikes were concerned. There was also an older gentleman at the front who was nice to work with as well. The cashier was super friendly too!

I was here with my daughter on February 27th in GARNER NC in the White Oak Plaza. All we were trying to do was shop for a new golf club for my husband’s birthday. I couldn’t even continue shopping, as I was appalled as to what I heard being spoken amongst an employee.
His name tag said “Matt” , Tall, slender gentleman, and he was making terrible remarks.
He was talking with someone about theft in the store. “This is why there’s a wall” and “I bet you those Mexicans don’t even have papers.”
What exactly does Dick’s Sporting Goods stand for when it comes to discrimination? I am too appalled to even step foot in here anymore. I was a frequent spender in this specific store location up until now.
We are all Americans and at the end of the day we all bleed red!! I am shocked that an employee like that works there.
I am a business owner myself, and theft is a problem for me too. But, I never start to judge a whole group of people just because of one bad apple!! Please do something!

Your guy in the golf section on Saturday the 16th around 11am is killing it. Enthusiastic knowledgeable and recommending Dick’s own products such as Maxfli. Everything you want in a manager.

Bought a bike sweater from here this morning the inside of the sleeves were totally disgusting. Went to take sweater back to exchange and had to wait in line for 12 minutes to simply do an exchange. They should definitely have more than 2 lines during a Christmas holiday and also have a return lane. This was so terrible.
