After calling ahead to make sure there are no issues with my prescription pick up, I arrive and guess what 3 hours later, they haven't even started it. Didn't even know which refills had been called in. It's every time I come in, there's something wrong.

The CVS PHARMACY is so unprofessional. They are rude and every time I call they hang up on me because they don’t want to answer their phones. The lines are tremendously long and when I finally get Customer Service, they roll their eyes at me and are very short tempered with me. This is the best pharmacy in my community. One of the best staff as everyone is wonderful, helpful, smiling at all times. Drive through could be a waiting game but all depends what time of the day! I love my CVS at NC- 42 hwy
