I like the coverage and affordable plans Cricket Wireless provides. Been here and have had a wonderful time being assisted by the gentleman working there. Would recommend.

Was lied to about how to return a device. Then they refused to make it right, even though I thoroughly explained what happened. Now I'm stuck with a device I don't want or need. Oh, how I miss real customer service! In response to your reply... I don't use twitter or facebook. Please provide a more professional means of communication. Thanks

Do not go to this store. The store manager lied to me. He only cares about making money and not the concerns of his clients. I have been with cricket for 10 years and I will discontinue my service this month.

My daughters iphone was damaged.I contacted Tmobile many many times to try to get her phone replaced and was given the run around.My daughter decided to try cricket.The two guys who were at the fifth ave garner location helped my daughter get new service and a better iphone.I loved how they interacted with her while they helped her start her new service.The guys were very kind, knowledgeble,quick,honest and satisfied my daughter leaving her with a big smile on her face.

I love this place. Great phone, great service, great prices. Unlimited everything plus 5g speed and think I15 g of wireless Hotspot for $60. Great Manager!

Do not buy a phone from the store!!!! I took my phone back to the store within 7 days of purchasing it and they would not let me exchange it or get my money back. The store manager Megan was less then helpful. I asked for the district manager who's name was Hector, he was rude and threatened to hang up the phone on me because he felt like I was not listening to him!! He informed me to call the warranty dept that they would have me send the phone to them they would either fix it or replace it. After speaking with them they informed me that Hector gave me incorrect information and that it was up to the store to handle my situation with the phone. I am now stuck with a phone that freezes up constantly and drops calls and this store refuses to fix the problem with the phone because they said that I scratched up the phone and that they will not replace it. I am done with Cricket!!!!!! An unsatisfied customer!! would not recommend this store for anything!!
