This is the worst experience I have ever had at this location. We were greeted by someone who seems to hate their job. I don’t know if his name is Lincoln or Jerry Coleman, he had an attitude the entire order with not one simple ounce out listening capacity. He wrote the order entirely wrong and then had even more of an attitude when we wanted them to correct the order. The only person I would like to acknowledge is Ms genie she was super sweet and checked on us through this incident. Please as a loyal customer of this location, do something about this. This was not pleasant by any means. Thank you.

Who doesn't love Chic-fil-A. The main reason for posting a review today was thier consistency across the board. Always having quality food with industry best people is extremely impressive and appreciated.

I always order ahead. It does save me a couple minutes. I like the fact that they have two lines one for people who have not done mobile orders and 1 for mobile orders.

I am a teacher that was taking group of 47 students and 14 adults on a field trip. We needed to stop somewhere for breakfast and so I called this Chick-fil-A on Shenstone Blvd in Garner, NC and spoke to the catering coordinator, Jessica. She was the kindest, most patient, and lovely person to work with and helped me order food for all of my students and our bus driver. She had the whole order separated out, boxed up, and ready to go when we arrived. It was amazing! Thank you so much for such an awesome and wonderful experience and I hope to work with you again in the future! You made our day!

They told me I could not substitute my hashbrowns for fries told them I would wait five minutes or so for them, but still could not do it on top of their whole store smelling like throw

Went through the drive thru and used my c/c server said it did not go through used another card and was charged twice call them and no response. Eat at chick fil a 2-3 days week closing end of day should show double charge draw not balancing

when i said no pickles, dont laugh..and still my spicy deluxe had pickles, with xtra pickles. theres goes my lunch.
