Having any Diesel problems, call Chason. Bosch boneified and they can test your fuel injectors for proper spray and flow. Well I can't say what all they can/will do but when I have technical questions and don't want to throw money guessing, I call them. They are your down home diesel guru specialists

Blew a leak in my 2nd fuel filter about a mile from them this morning. Gave him a call while I was on my way over and explained I was in the middle of a job and had to be down at Ft Bragg for my brother's change of responsibility ceremony this afternoon. Took me in right away and I made it to Bragg with 30 mins to spare. We had an issue with his card reader or possibly my card, but I'll be back tomorrow to make sure we're square and I'll definitely be back for future maintenance. Thanks for getting me back on the road on an extremely important day for me.

Don't take your personal Diesel here. I don't mind paying a premium for good service (which they definitely do charge) if they treat her like I would, but they definitely do not. Ripped off multiple retainer clips (no biggie, I replaced) and destroyed screws (ripped the head off and left it) for your wheel well guards (what they must remove to replace the fuel filter on my girl). I went back to ask them to make it right and they told me I needed to drop her off for a day. So I'm going to drop her off for a day for you to fix what you n get should have broken anyways? Unbelievable. I'm done, never take your truck here.

I needed to get my EGR Cooler replaced on my 6.7 power stroke. I bought the parts with the intention of doing the work myself. But I got overwhelmed at work and with other home projects. I shopped around and Chason was the only shop willing to work with me on just providing labor. All other shops demanded I buy the parts through them. Another shop told me if they broke off a bolt during the process they would charge me extra and they could not tell me how much. Jason on the other hand quoted me the labor hours per the service guidelines and did not put this burden on me, which breaking the exhaust bolt is a common occurrence. I truly appreciated that and gave them the work. They replaced it for me. The day after I picked up my truck the check engine light came on. Called Jason and without hesitation he asked if I could bring the truck to him before they close. He scanned it and we discovered it is a different check engine code. He quoted me some fair priced options. What I really appreciate is he advised me to take my time. The codes do not require immediate action. Now here I am a couple of days later and the check engine light went away. I am code free and can use remote start again. ?. I am saving up money so when they time comes I will be returning to Chason Diesel. Thanks Jason and team at Chason’s Diesel.

Had general maintenance done here, asked for them to check for a coolant leak. They changed the water pump and called it good. I took the truck directly on a ten hour trip and had to add coolant every hour. Called the manager to notified him while on the trip.Upon returning I took it back and was given an estimate for a head gasket replacement. I asked why and if it wasn't checked before and was told it was fine before.Would not recommend for service because of misdiagnosis and changing parts that didn't need to be changed. As well as poor customer service.

I haven't had the need for the last 4 years to have any motor or injector work done so it's been a while since I have been here just recently I had to get a fuel pump for a 1982 300D Mercedes-Benz rebuiltAs in the past when I had to have something rebuilt they came through flawlessly

Took in a 1987 F-350 fire truck for a rear brake caliper leak. Drove the truck from Clayton to Carey and back with no issues. Chason looked at it and said it needed $3600 worth of work, but they could make it safe for $1800. I paid the $1800 and picked it up on a Sunday afternoon. Drove 8 miles and the engine began smoking and the transmission would not go into gear. I had it towed back to Chason. They called me Monday and I told them what happened. Called back to check on the truck on Weds, and they said it needed $3600 worth of work to fix it. When I asked him to help me understand what happened, he said I might as well come pick it up. I had it towed to another shop who said it now needed extensive repairs. $1800 gone for my truck to be worse off than when it went in. Do NOT recommend.Services: Brakes

After 16 days I had my truck towed away from there. When I spoke to the service manager he said they’ve had a truck on the lift for three weeks. I guess that was supposed to put me at ease?

Okay, when it comes to reviews you need to know how their work holds up over time. I have a 2004 Excursion. Lost the HPOP in 2016. After searching for a place and after two recommendations from other powerstroke owners, I went to Chason. They replaced the HPOP, Turbo, IPR, 8 injectors, A/C compressor, Radiator, and did an EGR delete. The engine had right at 300,000 miles. I am now 5 years later and 65,000 miles on the engine. Their work has held up and the truck still runs like it should. It fires up in the cold with no smoke. I recommend them highly. The price was fair. Good work takes time so give them the time and you will not be disappointed.Service: Engine repair
