I made some personal wire transfers and even after several calls and being verified and being told my transfer would go through they locked my account and I have to see a banker to unlock it. This crap.

My daughter (14) and I visited Chase to open a teen account. It was after school and I had my youngest daughter (5) with me as well. Our appointment was handled by David Sorbo and he had incredible customer service. My youngest daughter is special needs (autistic) and she is also nonverbal. However, David provided a coloring sheet, crayons, sensory ball, and a slinky to keep her busy while we completed the transaction, which was not long. I was so grateful for David. He is compassionate, considerate and understanding of customers who may have children with special needs. Chase has become my new favorite bank.

Folks, stay away from this branch. Worst customer service, and extremely rude "manager" David De Sorbo. He actually refused to take cash for a mortgage payment, and said if I didn't like it to "contact my Senator!!??" I'm old, first time in my life that a bank refused to take cash!! SMH.

Shut this place down Chase. If you only allow appointment based meetings, state that clearly. No wonder this branch has such low ratings.

Horrible customer service. I should have paid attention to the reviews, but the branch was on my way to an appointment.

Customer service is terrible. I needed to withdraw money and wanted to do it inside with a person. I walked in and the branch was completely empty. Some lady abruptly stops me when going in further and told me to use the atm by the door…as if I didn’t know that was an option. She sees I am clearly annoyed and try’s to softens the interaction by saying if I need help so and so at the counter can help. At this point, I attempt to take money out of the atm but because of the amount, I was flagged for fraud and it is sending me messages to my phone. I decided to go back to the counter like I originally desired and the lady that met me at the door plus the teller are just chatting. I tell her what happens and that I want to take money out but was flagged for fraud. Instead of just helping me THEY TELL ME TO JUST CONFIRM IT ISNT FRAUD BY USING MY PHONE AND GO BACK TO ATM. So incredibly rude and lacking customer service!

Omg guys! You have to visit with Ms. Bonnie Leazer. She's very patient, informative, and soft. She's reviewed the Chase App and showed us the tools for wealth and goal management that are life changing . I can't believe I'm excited to play around with mu bank app. 10 toes down to Ms. Leader and CHASE BANK

My experience with Todd's customer service was nothing short of a nightmare. His incompetence, and lack of responsiveness left me deeply disappointed. I strongly advise others to steer clear of Todd and seek out a more competent and customer-focused alternative.

I walked into this location and immediately was confused. There was no greeting to be able to get pointed in the right direction. So I stood where I thought was correct. Another woman walks in after me and walks directly into an office and the banker starts to help her. I inform the banker that I was first but wasn’t greeted. She told me to have a seat and she would help me after the woman who came in after me. There should be some kind of queue system to get people checked in.

Upon entry the experience was awful. Minimal customer service from branch manager. Following my brief encounter with the branch manager I still received zero assistance with opening an account. From that point I informed her that we would head over to Navy Federal and setup a business account there.

Chase is currently holding all of my money hostage and refuse to allow me access it. I deposited a check from the North Carolina Department of Treasurer which they have decided must be fake. However, instead of simply calling the department of treasurer, they flat out refuse. They claim they do not have a “verified number” for it and instead not only have put a hold on the check, but on my entire account. I can’t access my paycheck from work. I can’t pay my bills. I can’t buy groceries. I can’t put gas in my car. I have been round and round with them begging them to make the one simple phone call it would take to straighten this whole out and they refuse. I called the department of treasurer myself and they are completely flabbergasted because they get calls from banks all the time to verify checks.I’m left penniless when I have plenty of money. As soon as they stop holding me hard earned money hostage I will be closing my accounts with them. WORST BANK EVER!!!!!

Awful experience in opening a business account here. They not only cancelled my appointment that was booked week before and also refused to help me when I walk in. Their reason for cancellation; business account takes 1.5hrs to open where I scheduled only for half hour. That's why they had to cancel. Hello, It's your system that suggested appointment time! RIDICULOUS! Can't believe Chase is honoring this kind of service. Thanks, I will look elsewhere. Save your time!

Went in a few moments to attempt to open a business account; you have to make an appointment and the closest one is late next week, . Someone did stop to inquire if everything was ok as we were walking out the door, so I’ll give them credit for that. However when we stated how unhappy we were that it was so difficult to open the account and that we felt like if it was this difficult to get someone to take our money/business then perhaps it’s a sign and we’ll just take our business elsewhere; she said “oh, ok”.I get that it’s one customer and I’m certain they won’t go out of business because they don’t get our little business, but the lack of customer service built into the process is so sad for an institution whose very success is built off of customers; gives me major pause. We all need to start putting our “little money “ underneath our mattresses and let these banking institutions realize just how much the little people matter.
