They treat people poorly I can't imagine how they treat our dogs and cats. Unprofessional and rude woman when trying to get my puppy boarded.

I boarded my dogs here due to the amount of resources located at one place. In addition to the pricing of boarding/vet services, I expected high quality of care. Unfortunately, I was given the opposite. My dog contracted kennel cough while at this facility and the Resort Manager Brad did not handle the situation with any desire to improve the situation. I have LOVED interacting and communicating with all other people at this vet office including the folks up front, vet techs, and vets which makes me sad to have to leave this review, but this encounter has made me want to warn others. As an owner I realize the risks of boarding a dog, but we were not treated with concern or care.

Dr Zurowsky is always extremely kind, informative, patient and offers amazing care for our fur babies. She makes the visits something that our fur babies never fear or stress going to. She also does not rush us and answers all of my million questions! Highly recommended her ?

The BEST place to take your family pet! I have been bringing my Standard Poodle here since she was 10 weeks old. Her excellent health, coat and training are all due to Dr. Beth Bauer, Sam VanderDrift groomer, Lynn Rives & Catherine professional trainers. They have taught me so much about keeping my spirited pup in tip top shape both physically and mentally. The front of the Ranch staff are all so friendly, taking time to get to know both me and Bunny, while efficiently attending to other clients. Thank you Ranch Team!And Happy Birthday to my 3 year old pup, who is amazing!

Carolina Ranch is a 100/10 in my book! Our dog needed TPLO surgery from TVSS and our vet was unable to get him in for a month (because TVSS travels and Thanksgiving threw off the schedule). It also just so happens we had vacation planned before he tore his ACL and we weren’t able to pick him up right after surgery and Carolina Ranch boarded him and did all of the post surgery physical therapy and walks that he needed. They called us everyday to give us updates and sent a couple pictures too. He was stressed and not eating and they did EVERYTHING (including making him chicken and giving him cheese!) to get him to eat. We are soooooo grateful for the vet techs and Dr. Perry for going above and beyond. We cannot thank each and every one of you for taking care of our sweet boy while we were gone.

Our long-haired mini dachshund Mandy had a herniated disc two days after having my entire shoulder replacement. The Ability to deal with both my issues, and Mandy‘s was going to be quite an issue. We were delighted to find Carolina Ranch and from the very first person that we met all the way through until meeting the doctor and each of the technicians that she would be working with & the types of things that she’d be working on. We had no issue boarding Mandy for a week physical therapy. We have had her home now for two weeks, and are making incremental but significant steps towards her being 100% again. I would recommend Carolina Ranch time and time again - if they were closer to us I would also do daytime boarding there as well.

Vincenzo "Vinny" goes to Dogwarts daycare and loves it. He was a rescued at 6months old so he had some insecurities and fears. He was so curious but very cautious about new things. Carolina Ranch Dogwarts took their time and gave him so many opportunities to learn to love doggie daycare and we are so thankful. In fact, he loves it so much now that he doesn't even want to go home when come to pick him up which doesn't hurt our feelings one bit. We are so thankful he has another safe space. The employees are fabulous, so friendly and kind.

I have been taking my fur babies to the Carolina Ranch for several years. Before he passed away, Soncho had been to daycare, the Sassy Senior program, grooming, boarding, and vet services. Spencer Reed has the pleasure of being a guest at the kitty condos on several occasions and is the recipient of excellent vet care. I am very pleased with the staff and the facility. The care is top notch and the staff take the time to get to know Spencer Reed each time he visits. Excellent value for the cost. Would highly recommend.

The doctor told me my cat needed his teeth cleaned and one pulled out. They ran blood tests and everything came back normal. The only concern is that he always had sinus problems, since he was a kitten. He didn't survive the anesthesia. I think they should have tried some other way to clean his teeth knowing he had trouble breathing. Sorry doesn't cut it! They killed my cat! They only care about making money! After almost $1,000 on 3 visits, they killed my cat! And I haven't paid for the X-rays and anesthesia yet! Just a check up is $80.00 and they charge 3 times the price of medicine! Never going back there!

I can’t say enough AMAZING things about the staff here!! I feel at ease as soon as I walk through the door when they greet Champ! Highly recommend their resort stays. So many choices to keep your pup happy while you are gone. The vet services are highly recommended as well.

I have one of THOSE dogs. She’s a diva, she doesn’t like you to look at her, she’s a fear biter, she doesn’t get along with other dogs, she doesn’t want her paws touched and the list goes on and on…We moved here 3 years ago and Carolina Ranch has been an absolute dream to work with. Every single employee from the front desk to the groomers and vets are so kind and caring. They listen to me and put my mind at ease because I am fearful of my dog with strangers- (all of her “rules” and the fact that she does have a bite history). There’s never been an incident in any of her appointments. Carolina Ranch literally saved my dogs life when she accidentally ingested a medication that could have easily taken her from me. Their communication with myself and each other is beyond expectation and I would recommend anyone who is looking for a place to truly feel comfortable with fur family to establish a relationship with them immediately. It’s like we are their only client- when obviously they run an extremely large scale one stop shop for all pet needs.THANK YOU to the excellent staff who holds local pets high on a daily priority list. You are an absolute blessing to our community!

I want to thank Zach, Destiny and all the staff at Carolina Ranch. I have a fearful dog the that we just boarded and they took great care of her. She was a long time daycare participant there but we removed her from that about 3 years ago as she was starting to growl at other dogs. So, we were not sure how boarding her after not being there for so long would go. It went great and our dog got to see many of the staff that are still there. Sandy can be unapproachable, so it just shows how good they have been to her that she remembered them and how she was ecstatic to see them again. Thanks again Ranch!

Our family has used Carolina Ranch for almost 10 years now for all of our pets. They have always gone above and beyond whenever we have needed them. That includes urgent needs last minute to helping us through difficult decisions and not only being there to care for our furbabies but understanding and caring about us too. We would never change from here, they are the full package. We love them!

I use to work for Carolina Ranch. I unfortunately had to leave abruptly and I can say I miss them terribly. Carolina Ranch is hands down the best place to go for your pets for all services. They value your pets and make sure they are well cared for. They take the time for each pet to make sure their needs are met every day. From past experience working for this company, I can whole heartedly say this is the best place for your pets.

I have had such a great experience with Carolina Ranch. Over the years my husband and I have brought our dogs there for multiple services including boarding, training, and veterinary check-ups. The staff in all of these areas are very knowledgeable and friendly. We have had consistently great visits and services. We really feel like valued clients and know our dogs will be well taken care of. Will definitely continue to come back to Carolina Ranch!
