Quite possibly the best customer service of ANY small business I've experienced. They happily bubble-wrapped and carefully packed family china and collectibles to ship, among other mail services. Always with a smile. I observe others receiving the same kind treatment. And guess what? It all arrived on-time, too! 5 stars all the way.

Absolutely super customer service!! Needed an odd shaped box for shipping a heavy item - they provided a box for me at no charge, packed it up, printed the return label from my phone and got it shipped out with FedEx that day! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! And they have cute dogs!Thank you so much Bulldog Express!

When I tell you May is Amazing!!!! I went in with a huge box that was maybe 2/3 full and $120 to ship across America. I don't usually send packages so this was new to me. She opened my box ( with my permission of course) and got to work. 4 boxes and the best live game of tetris ever played, I sent 2 packages for $60. Thank you so much again!!!! May will get you right every time!!!
