Very bad staff, two girls with no interest in helping.
And talking all the time, and feeling watched all the time. I don't know if it bothers you if small children go? They are children and I take care of them very well.
I bought 2 pairs of boots and when I got home I looked at a pair of boots, they were the same foot. They gave me two left feet, I returned the next day to change them because at the checkout the girl does not check that the boots are good before selling them and putting them away
Definitely bad customer service and bad attitude.

Great customer service. The manager was a huge help. I’m completely satisfied. However my Carolina loggers came apart after 3 weeks at the toe. I replaced them with Georgia boot

Happened upon this awesome place! The smell of leather as you enter is heavenly! Wow! So much great stuff I didn't know where to look first! Huge selection of Western boots, shirts, belts, buckles, T-shirts, dress shirts, blouses, sweaters, bags, pants, jeans, skirts, vests, jackets, dresses and beautiful jewelry too! Loved it all! Felt like I was in the high end of a wardrobe department for a western or country video or Stevie Nicks shoot or the closet of Jewel or Miranda Lambert! Beautiful pieces everywhere and the mix and match possibilities were endless! Great friendly staff too! If you're looking for something special or unique to wear for an event this place is the place to go!!!

I would have to say that this place is Garner's best kept secret! I'm an avid boot lover and I can tell you that this place here will blow your mind! The selections are out of this world and the price point is right where it needs to be! They also had quite a few that were on SALE!!!!!
As I entered the store, I was greeted with a nice warm welcome and was hit with the nicest smell of leather throughout the atmosphere. A few moments later, I was approached by a sales staff member named, "Tatiana". She was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the product that they carry and she offered excellent suggestions for other family members of mine! She answered any questions that I had and she made my browsing experience very pleasant especially since that was my first time stepping foot (no pun intended😆) in that store!
She let me browse at my own pace and she personalized the experience by not jumping from customer to customer as many sales people do in most retail establishments!
I explained to her that I had a couple pairs of boots that I stopped wearing because they were a bit tight and she invited me to bring them in for a free boot stretching! So of course that has a dual purpose because it will get me back in the store to take a look at other selections that they may have since my first visit plus take advantage of the free service.
I am definitely taking them up on the offer as well as coming back to add to my personal boot selection!

I’ve purchased boots from here on February 15 and was told 5-7 business days since we ordered to the store and was very excited to receive these boots! Then at the 7 day mark I called the store I was told they didn’t arrive okay that’s fine no problem waited a little longer our order was canceled okay that’s fine too. Here’s my problem when we purchased these boots they were a return and the young lady help us put the money on a gift card saying it would be a better buck for our deal for lack of better words, it was but this turned into a crazy deal we now have no boots and no gift card when the order was canceled we were told the manager could not do anything sounds crazy in my opinion so we call customer service as told, no help there either told us we will send a gift card online in 24 hours never received it!! Call again ask us for a debit card information to send us the money was told wait 5-7 days again never received payment and we waited 9 days so we could give the process time!! Well now it’s March 19 no payment or boots worst experience with boot barn do not want compensation just wants the darn boots and was told we cannot go in store and pick any out and just pay the difference just wait!! Do better boot barn thank you!!

This place is AWESOME and the people are wonderful and very helpful! They have a great selection of boots plus a lot of other things......jeans, shirts, dresses etc. Taylor helped me with my boots and answered several questions. I'm a little slow at picking out boots(my husband says I'm aggravating and take too long)and Taylor would check on me from time time to make sure I was doing OK. I finally found a pair of boots and Jess checked me out. She was wonderful. She gave me a birthday discount on my boots and that just tickled me to death. Any discount these days is fantastic. Jess & Taylor were absolutely fantabulous! Thanks for your help and for having a great attitude and making me feel right at home. I can't wait to go back!!
