The experiences here are mixed. Some staff are great, some need more training but it should be common sense as the person who checks receipts to not open a customer's bags yourself. Let the customer open their own bag to shoe you what's inside. That's wildly invasive when it could have just been requested and I would have opened it myself. Not a grown man opening and reaching into my cooler bag full of cold groceries. Idk if that's mandatory that I have to allow it anyhow but some of the workers at this location need more training to learn more appropriate and professional practices. Don't go in people bags. I've never had that happen before using the same bag that I've used ever since I bought it at this specific location. They're going to do that to the wrong customer one day and it's going to be an issue that no one is prepared for.

I use to work there it’s great place to work there . I was let go because miscommunication . I pick up extra day and told them I would work but they never changed the schedule so it said I was off. I work whole week after and Mrs . Lewis told me I should be fire for no call and no show . I apologize and told her that I was not on the schedule. I thought she might forgot or did need me. She was very rude and nasty. Threaten me by telling me she should fired and she said I’m going to write you up . Mrs Lewis I pray that you learn to speak and treat people with respect. Im thankful for the opportunity. I will still recommend family and friends to work there .

This BJs lacks friendliness. Two workers passed the counter as we were picking up our work order. The person at the door just checked receipts of others but of course she wants to look all in our cart. Even tho we were right up front picking up the online order. Smh Just not the family friendly store at all!

Beware. Do not buy furniture from BJ’s. Complete scam. They take your money. They shove you off to some delivery company that Tells you they’ve been trying to contact you over and over again but. They have not tried to contact us at all. Digital request that look nice on computer, but nothing ever happens.
They are being reported to the Better Business Bureau today. It’s time for them to close.

I’ve had consistently good experiences at this club. It’s always clean and well-stocked. I love their Express Pay option - it makes shopping so much faster and easier. However, I made a mistake with the Express Pay and the manager on duty, Tim, was very kind to help me fix it even though he didn’t have to. The staff here is truly excellent and still believes in good customer service, and I genuinely appreciate it!

I had never bought in this store but the staff is very very friendly! Frank Mendoza assisted us. He helped us find everything we needed. They have good products, good prices. It was an excellent experience!! I entered some plants and left with a full cart!!???????

Watch the expiration dates when buying refrigerated / perishable items.
Just bought a gallon of milk that I noticed expired on the same day of purchase.
When I reached out to member services, their only solution was to bring it back and they’d exchange it.
Unfortunately it’d cost me more in gas to make that trip than what the gallon of milk is worth.

I get it, it’s 2024 and we should use technology, but under no circumstances should I have to self checkout $400 worth of groceries with about 40-50 items. Poor customer service. I’ll probably switch to one of the other wholesalers when it’s time to renew.

We got our membership today. Debbie was working at the counter and got us all set up and gave us all of the information that we needed. She even took the effort to call after the fact to remind us that the membership we got on sale would be regular price when we renew! We had already assumed that but It’s great that she took the time to think of us and make sure we got all of the information we needed. She is a wonderful lady and we are excited to shop here regularly for everything we need.

The bakery department is amazing. Had ordered a birthday cake from another bakery to find out last min my order was lost. Called over the phone gave a discerption of what I wanted. They exceeded my expectations and had the cake ready the next morning. Don’t know if the department will see this message however I thank you for your help. The 49ers birthday cake was amazing!

Don't use their tire service center. There's always 1 person back there somewhere. Never more than 1 person working at a time. Mechanic/counter person. 40 mins to get propane because he can't "leave the area"!!! What a joke. Another reason not to pay for a BJ's membership. Time to switch to Costco.
