After breaking my glasses, I booked an appointment online for the following day. When I came in, I wasn’t expecting the amazing service I received. The staff was so kind and helpful. I received a very thorough eye exam. Once I received my prescription, they assisted me with picking out the correct frames for my face. They had a wide selection of frames to choose from. I was explaining how the progressive lenses would need to be set for my computers at home. And finally, I was told I would receive my glasses with in 7 to 10 business days. My normal go to eye care center, will take 4 to 6 weeks to receive my frames.
From this day forward, I will be using BJ’s for my eye care center.

I purchased 3 pair of prescription glasses over a four year period and Lisa was very informative and courteous and had me try on different ones and gave me suggestions. I took my prescription there and I was glad to have went.

The entire process was professional and friendly. The eye exam was a combination of in person and virtual and I felt my eye needs were taken care of adequately. I had assistance picking out the just right pair of glasses for my gray hair and face shape and size. I wore my glasses out of the store and for day one both my progressive daily glasses and sunglasses are working well.

The price is right, this was an extremely pleasant experience. Lisa the technician was very knowledgeable and patient. At no time did I feel she was rushing me or in a hurry to get to something else. I felt like I was the only person that mattered to her while she was helping me. I definitely think you should go the Garner location for your next pair of lenses, etc.

Thorough exam, physically when in the office, remotely was also done easily. Visit with remote doctor also very good! Choosing frames was a very easy process and Lisa was amazing!
