We were looking for a Non-smart tv for my wife's Mom. The salesperson was very helpful in recommending a TV for an older person. Pricing was great. Nice shopping experience.

Customer service sucked. The tv didn’t fit in our suv by about an inch. As we stood there trying to figure out what to do they said “it’s yours now” and walked away. Did not offer any alternative options. Another customer who saw the exchange helped us unbox it and put it in our suv. I tried to call to talk to a manager and never heard back from them. Would never shop at this location again. I’ll go out of my way to shop elsewhere now.

Fantastic customer service. Wandered around the store looking for Xbox power chords. When I admitted I didn't know what I was doing, asked the help/geek squad table. They understood my almost unintelligible request and sent me to another team member and section. I was helped in a similar fashion 3 more times. If you have questions or just want to shop in person. [can't avoid it sometimes] this is your place.

Just visited close to closing time to purchase a computer for my daughter. Staff were helpful and very patient with me when checking out. The team stayed 20 minutes past closing to help me. I know this is not expected at the end of your work day but it was most appreciated. Thank you all!!

Best Buy gift card is a scam someone stolen gift card balance online and bestbuy won’t give you a gift card back. I reported to law enforcement and requested bestbuy to investigate still I’m waiting it’s been 4 months

My "go-to" place for all things electronic in the local area. I've been going there for years now and their employees are all very helpful, though I do wish they had a few more in the middle of the store during slower hours. Geek squad members have all been very helpful, and especially the behind-the scene staff.
