Best Buy is a store for electronics and technical assistance. The experience can vary. Some customers report issues with product stock, finding items, or store organization, noting that help can sometimes take a while to find. On certain visits, the store may be messy or undergoing inventory changes. Customer service interactions are a defining part of the experience. There are reports of staff being dismissive or rude, which can complicate simple tasks. However, many reviews highlight exceptionally positive service from specific employees, including members of the Geek Squad and management. These staff members are noted for being a huge help, treating customers with empathy and respect, and going out of their way to make things right, such as by helping find products or handling price matching. The Geek Squad provides technical support and services like custom PC builds, which can offer significant savings for members. While technicians may not resolve every complex issue, their kindness and willingness to speak up for customers are deeply appreciated. The overall impression is that the quality of service depends heavily on the individual employee encountered, with positive interactions building strong customer loyalty and encouraging return visits.

My wife and I ran into a price matching issue at the Garner Best Buy. Long story short, we ended up speaking with Jon, the store manager, and he made it right. More importantly, he treated us with empathy and respect. I’ll come back to this store, solely because of Jon and Cass. Great job, guys.
