From the time we walked into the store the salespeople were awesome. I have purchased furniture from them before and always had a great experience. We found exactly what we were looking for everything was in stock and was delivered 5 days later. Mike was awesome for the delivery (he delivered other furniture year before) he remembered who I was and was neat and gave knowledge with delivery of bed. Mike is a great employee and a keeper in my book ! Keep up the good work Mike I appreciate you . Thanks for all you do for badcock they are LUCKY to have you ?

Poor customer service. Less than helpful staff. Over priced furniture. Not friendly staff. Staff don't answer phone calls. Staff don't seem knowledgeable regarding furniture or upcoming sales. Do yourself a favor and seek another furniture store.

We purchased bedroomFurniture for a little over $3k and they said it would be $400 for delivery. We rented a truck and trailer to pick up the furniture instead of paying delivery.It was in boxes and we got it home and unboxed it and put it together. It is not made well at all. Drawers do not slide properly or shut properly. Wood is rough in spots; so rough that you could get splinters.The store is not standing behind this quality or lack of quality The furniture in the store was well made and didn’t have any issues. What we got is not the same quality. They will not comeTo our home to see if they can repair it. We cannot rent a truck to get it to theStore and then back home. For the amount of money we paid, this should be better furniture.We will not be going to back to Badcock and alert others to beware.

I am very pleased, so far, with my shopping experience at Badcock Home Furniture & more. It was an easy process, and the people I spoke with both at the store and the finance department were extremely helpful. Looking forward to receiving the furniture. I know I will love it!!!

From the time I walked in the door I was greeted and made to feel like I was top priority……. They were very busy, so that is saying a lot!!! The manager himself helped me and made it his mission to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Kat…..I can’t say enough about her! She’s knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and makes sure you are taken care of. Even the guys in the back were friendly and helpful! Quite possibly the best experience ever at a furniture store!

Do not waste your time or money at this store. I have been dealing with receiving broken/damaged furniture for a year now from this company. I have had seven deliveries where the furniture was badly damaged. The bottom of a dresser was broken in half and other furniture the was chipped or split. I called to voice my complaints with the manager who was extremely rude. The manager even hung up while I was talking. After speaking with someone else, I was promised a replacement headboard and kitchen buffet. On the delivery date, they came with the wrong headboard and did not have the kitchen buffet. Needless to say, I am still waiting to get this issue resolved.
