I had such a great experience with Jason at AutoZone on 42. I called to find out what I could do about a situation in which I didn't have my receipt for parts that were under warranty (that went bad), and Staci told me to talk to Jason. Jason was SOO helpful, went above and beyond to help me, is so knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He took care of my issue with such quickness, and I am so grateful for such great customer service. This is why I stick with AutoZone!!

I went to this particular location and was having problems with my battery which was still under warranty and a gentleman by the name of JoJo was so kind and so professional and I certainly appreciated it

Super nice team up at the Autozone on Hwy 42. Alex was super helpful and worked efficiently installing a new battery in our jeep immediately after finishing an install for another customer. Jason and the the rest of the team were also incredibly helpful! We continue to return to this location.

Got a dead battery a few miles down the road, got someone to jump it and made my way to auto zone! Very friendly, checked my battery for free and I did need a new battery! They switched it out quickly and for a reasonable price

My daughter wiper blades kept coming on on a hot day it will crack the windshield. She took it to a mechanic, and and a mechanic told her she had to replace the whole arm in the steering wheel column. She went to Autozone and a man by the name of Jason. Harris went outside and looked at it and found out it was the ground wire right by the reservoir where you put windshield fluid . The ground wire was lose and keep touching make the wipes turn on . The Mechanic was going to charge her $360 to fix and Jason fixed for 70 cent only need was Screw save my daughter money and time . I recommend Family and friends to go to Autozone. They are very knowledgeable. Thank you Jason Harris !!!

I stopped at Autozone at 280 Old Drug Store Rd, Garner, NC, and met Megan and Noah. They were super nice and helpful! Noah inflated the donut tire, in nasty weather, to the PSI I needed to get home safely. Thank you for the pleasant conversation and the excellent customer service!
