Very bad experience for the first time I took my car and they dirty it inside instead of really cleaning it, what a disappointment, they should better ask those guys who are outside cleaning for alms. It's a disgraceful job they do.

The car wash is fine, but the dryer wasn't able to blow all the water away. There are about 40% of my windshield is covered with water drips.

Stopped in on a trip from out of town to get the road dirt off a 2024 Mustang. Opted for the full service which included interior and exterior wipe down. The cost was around 40.00 and included Armor All. My car is Dark Horse black so it is incredibly difficult to make it look right. The gentlemen working on it somehow made it look like it did when I rolled it off the showroom floor a few months ago. The windows were spotless, the vacuum was flawless and they took care of those pesky water lines that black cars love to show off. Overall a great job and if I lived in the area I would be back a few times a week to stay on top of the dirt. The blonde gentleman, that was working the Queue on Sunday August 25, in the morning, would be a great addition to any service team. He was friendly and had no problem answering questions. Thank you for a great job!

This place is a joke, I was turned away because my vehicle was "to dirty to wash" why else would I be at the car wash you idiot! Go anywhere other than this dumpster fire. Let them silently close their doors from lack of business.

This is a very professional young man that works here by the name of Cameron. Whenever he is working and I have the auspicious opportunity to have him clean my vehicle, he’s always very professional, polite, poised and pays attention to every detail. I’m immensely impressed every time.
Shout to management for such an amazing hire! He’s beyond respectful, extremely well-mannered and has a very bright future ahead of him in whatever industry he chooses.

Autobell is very expensive. But you can also get a $9.00 Dollar drive-thru they won't vacuum or wipe your car off.
They still do really good work!

This place has issues i pull around sat in my vehicle for 15 minutes no one was there so I left the vehicle running walked to the front and there were 6 individually working on one vehicle so they looked at me no one acknowledge me what so ever so I assumed someone was going to come back to the back so I sat there another 10 minutes with nothing so I drove 2 doors down were there is a new car was were someone greeted me immediately and assist me with getting my car wash if autobell doesn't fix there process and customer service they will not last long here in garner

Same as the previous review about the interior cleaning of my car …yes if you need to go here for just a quick cleaning and a quick vacuum fine but if you opt for the full service and you are expecting a nice wipe down of your interior look elsewhere. A thorough clean is not gonna happen in the short amount of time they spend on your car. I asked for the young lady to wipe the area pictured because I was a little confused when I got back to my car ….after re-wiping this is still what I was left with so I didn’t even bother to ask again.

Paid for the works inside doors shelfs weren't touch crap around steering wheel not touched. Windows were still dirty. Wish you could show pictures

It is a terrible service, they clean the car very quickly, they do not vacuum well, they overlook many places in the car, this is the second time I have taken it, the first time the same thing happened and now it was worse

This place is horrible. I went there twice and both times I feel like I spent $40 for them to just vacuum my car. The dash wasn’t clean, I had to ask for them to get in between the seats, who runs this place? It’s absolutely awful.

Don’t waste your time and money!! Spent 50.00 on a package for cleaning on inside/outside. I don’t expect it to be perfect but good lord they did not one thing!! Carpets still needed to be vacuumed, dashboard needed to be wiped. I paid extra for armorall on the inside and there is not a trace of it anywhere!!!! Horrible
