The staff at this location are absolutely amazing, the owner Steve is helpful and works with you, and makes sure you understand exactly what is going on with your vehicle! Will definitely be going back again!

Recently I posted a one star , because I had tools stolen from my truck , so I was mad and took it out on them with a crappie review. I will correct what I should have said they deserve 5 stars the work on my truck was exceptional (new rear end) it runs like the day it came off the lot . The owner Steve sat down with me about my stolen tools and I see the sign not responsible for items left in your vehicle so I thanked him for a good job and he reached in his pocket and paid me for my loss I was really left speechless but I will say he’s a good man and I’ll be bringing them my vehicles anytime I need work done and I’ve been a customer for over three years and always had great service. So Steve I apologize for venting out my frustration.

I have been coming here for years. I continue to come here because of the owners honesty and integrity. He backs up his repairs and makes sure that all my issues are addressed. Throughout the years they have serviced my Ford Mustang and Expedition, Subaru Forester and BMW. Great work for a great price. Thank you for your politeness and dedication to ensuring my cars are serviced and safe for my family.

Steve was nothing but kind and supportive from the moment I reached out to him about my car that was rear ended to the time my car was done. I was hit by a company truck and that company was a nightmare to deal with and drugged their feet when trying to handle the situation. Steve stepped in and helped get the ball rolling. It was really nice having someone in my corner to help navigate me through the mess and ensure things were done right. I really appreciated his communication the whole way through. When my car was done, it was as good as new! Very happy with my experience with him and his company.

Horrible establishment that accuse patrons of abusing substances while using derogatory racist slurs to describe their black patrons. If you are black stay away from this establishment before they cut your brake line or caused damage to your vehicle simply for being black. You’ve been warned! Racist establishments do not deserve your money!

Serviced a car and let them leave knowing the car was not secure or correct. They should be charged! That's someone's life! Wasn't surprised to hear the racist remarks after seeing the lack or decency and humanity they had. Everyone involved needs to be terminated.

If you are Black or simply someone of integrity, do not go here. As a resident of Raleigh since 2011, I can attest Garner is full of racists. This is just further confirmation of that fact. Something to also keep in mind……this is a family owned and operated business. I can assure you they were aware of their employees being racist and would not have taken any type of action had their customer not recorded them and made the video public. The recent ********************** in a local news broadcast of ******************************* (an African American female) regarding the way she was recently treated by the White female manager (*****) at Auto Performance Center, Inc. (a ******, **-auto repair shop) indicates to me that ****************** is a race-baiter, no different than Rev. ********************* and Rev. ************************** "Race-baiting" by African-Americans to elicit a negative response from a White-person to use the ***word" toward an African-American is to me is no less disgusting than African-Americans using the ***word" to refer to themselves. My parents & maternal grandparents taught me that inciting anyone to use the ***word" in the presence of anyone else is a sin, i.e., breaking one of the Ten Commandments: "You shall not bear false witness (lie) toward someone that you do not know." A race baiter is defined as someone who "One who baits; a tormentor," in order to cause disorder in our American culture. Since Fall 2011 Auto Performance Center has treated everyone with "respect," had I witnessed ****************** acting the way as I understand it, I would have phoned ****** law enforcement to report ****************** disturbing the peace.
