If I could give no stars I would. They were supposed to install a new bumper and trunk from an accident. They instead installed a new bumper and tried to push the dent out of my old trunk, repaint it and play it off like it was fixed. When I asked about it originally they tried to pretend I was looking too hard and nothing was the problem. Then when I went back, tried to lowball the refund and say they couldn't provide a full refund for the trunk but realized I wasn't caving and changed their tune. I would NOT bring your car here to get fixed and i won't be bringing mine back.

BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT! Who needs to spend their money at a place that ignorance is a major part of their customer service. In addition, did a poor job on the repair that could've cost the customer her life! To all my beautiful black ppl, stay away from this place! They'll see who has the last laugh! Had a customer named Sheena Jackson who was called a racial slur by a worker named Jamie Smith. She said it in front of other employees who all laughed. This was all recorded on video. Watched a viral video on tik Tom with the employees talking mess about a customer and not wanting to fix the mistake that they did. What horrible customer service.
