Customer service:
absolute joke. You’re on hold for sometimes over an hour, just to be shuffled back and forth between representatives. And then when you finally get someone, they’re practically useless. Also, DO NOT REQUEST A LOCKOUT CODE THROUGH THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM. I had to request one since I had issues with legal stuff being from state to state. Requested a code through the automated system, and it didn’t work. Then, I had to call, wait for a new code after being on hold forever, and got it. They did not take back the code that I had requested through the automated system phone system even though it DIDN'T WORK. Just a joke.

“Fine workmanship and impeccable service define Gerber Collision & Glass. When the fender of my 2011 Toyota Corolla was ripped off by an overzealous carwash, it insisted on being taken to the best. I obey my car. A warm, live voice answered Gerber's phone quickly, listened attentively, and scheduled the visit and repair, which began early on a Tuesday and was completed before lunch on Wednesday. I was kept abreast of progress with comforting texts. The offices were immaculate and welcoming, with free coffee and workers who enjoy being kind. And my car? It's smiling again, swinging its new bumper around curves with aplomb. We both thank you, Gerber!”
“I have a '93 Jeep Grand Cherokee with anti-theft. They're notorious for issues, causing the vehicle not to start, or more so, keep running (auto kill after a few seconds). The override (unlock with the key in the front door and the same for the hatch) didn't work. I had used Johnny's many years before with another oddball problem and they did their Houdini trick and fixed it (diagnosed the issue from years of experience and knowledge and solved it the same way). Same with the '93 Jeep. They put in a new fuse box for the anti-theft only (the port for the anti-theft was fried in the original, but only the anti-theft port) and set up a bypass wiring around the anti-theft, and voila! These guys know their stuff. It's a '93 Jeep... I wasn't going to pay an exorbitant amount to fix it (and I know somebody that will buy it for a fair price), but I did want to keep it if it was a reasonable amount to fix it. It was. I felt I had good communication throughout the repair. Not cheap, but very fair. Not the fastest, but very timely. I value those values. They know their stuff (I repeat myself). I wouldn't hesitate to contact them, yet again.”
