“Waltons Family auto has been my go to for our family's three vehicles. They are quick, VERY reasonable with pricing, will tell it to you straight, and often times won't even charge you to diagnose issues.
I'd give them my business 1,000 times over as opposed to anywhere else in the Raleigh/Garner area.”

When I showed up weeks later with even more problems they were happy to help and got on it right away. “My driveshaft u-joint roller bearing came out while I was doing 60mph. Got really lucky it did not destroy anything. Took my drive shaft to them. They replaced my u-joint and balanced my shaft. I am shocked how smooth my truck drives now. Wow I have been driving it with high speed vibration for a while. Now it’s gone I realize how bad it was. Customer service is like any mechanic shop. It’s dirty, greasy and they get stuff done. They were professional told me everything they did. I will come back to them. It was a good experience ?”

“I have a '93 Jeep Grand Cherokee with anti-theft. They're notorious for issues, causing the vehicle not to start, or more so, keep running (auto kill after a few seconds). The override (unlock with the key in the front door and the same for the hatch) didn't work. I had used Johnny's many years before with another oddball problem and they did their Houdini trick and fixed it (diagnosed the issue from years of experience and knowledge and solved it the same way). Same with the '93 Jeep. They put in a new fuse box for the anti-theft only (the port for the anti-theft was fried in the original, but only the anti-theft port) and set up a bypass wiring around the anti-theft, and voila! These guys know their stuff. It's a '93 Jeep... I wasn't going to pay an exorbitant amount to fix it (and I know somebody that will buy it for a fair price), but I did want to keep it if it was a reasonable amount to fix it. It was. I felt I had good communication throughout the repair. Not cheap, but very fair. Not the fastest, but very timely. I value those values. They know their stuff (I repeat myself). I wouldn't hesitate to contact them, yet again.”
