“I needed a last minute dress for my 16 year old daughter's birthday and we found one on the website. We were nervous to purchase site unseen but we were assured that we could return the dress if it didn't work out for any reason. We placed the order online and it was ready for pickup within an hour. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the pickup was a breeze. The store was very clean and organized and we will definitely be going back to shop in person soon.”

“I just want to say that today I received the best customer service from Mira & Desire. I had an exchange. My eyeliner would not sharpen properly I hate returning or exchanging items but I think this eyeliner was defective. I did not have my receipt but my debit card and id for some reason their computer system could not find me .....thank goodness I showed the proof of purchasing the item from the store with the sephora app....at this point the manager Desire worked tirelessly to find my receipt this took some time but she was diligent and guess what they found my receipt and I was able to exchange. I want to thank the super sweet cashier Mira and the wonderful manager Desire that went above and beyond for me. Thank you ladies so much you really made my day! I will be back to shop at this Sephora they really know how to treat their customers!”
